Special mention to the front counter staff on our check in day who patiently helped us sort out payment issue! Lovely library at the lobby.

Home Inn Zhangjiajie Tianmen Mountain Branch offers accommodations in Zhangjiajie. Every room at this hotel is air conditioned and is fitted with a TV with cable channels. Nice room with comfortable beds, and it's a short walk from the Tianmenshan cable car. Right next to the south railway station and bus station, many HSR trains seem to use the west station but they offered us free pick up from there. People at the reception were helpful though didn't speak much English.
