La estacion de tren bala es muy cercana tambien con lo que facilita mucho si vas o vienes de HK.

El Shangri-La Hotel Shenzhen está situado en el distrito de Luohú, a 5 minutos a pie de la frontera con Hong Kong, de la estación de tren de Shénzhen y de la estación de subte de Luohú. The concierge and the door staff are very attentive and friendly. When we walked into the lobby, we are greeted with the fragrant lingering in the lobby that was very refreshing and welcoming. The concierge staff took our luggages and show us where to check-in. Winter was the staff checking us in and he was very helpful and making us feel like VIP. The check in process in smooth and easy. Our luggages were arrived up to our room the next instant when we are in our room. We stayed at Shangri-La for 3 nights. These 3 nights are amazing. The house keepers are very attentive and the hygiene is kept to a high standard as usual and we felt at home. On the day of check out, the Guest Service Manager, Rock Liu is so helpful as he make sure that we get can a taxi to drive us up to the Luo Wu-Hong Kong custom immigration even it was a very short distance from the hotel. He make sure that we are well taken care of as some taxi drivers may not be happy to do that for a very short distance and told the taxi driver that my wife had a sore back and will be hard to handle her luggage up to the custom check on. Well done to Rock and all the staff in Shangri-La!! We will be back again.
