The staff here bent over backwards to fulfil my needs. I lost my wallet in Xi'An and thks to Jenny & Alex, they helped communicating to the local police for me. The room was just brilliant! Their indoor pool was super cool! The food at Jin Sha and the staff there was superb! The bath salt in the room smelled soooo good!

El Yurong West Lake Cottage Resort Hotel Hangzhou, situado a solo 5 minutos en auto del templo de Lingyin, ofrece habitaciones bien decoradas con conexión wifi gratis. Staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was yummy. The room was great, decent size and comfortable. It is in a great location to view west lake but it also is not far from the city. I would stay here again.
