Located in the heart of the city, Midtown Shangri-La, Hangzhou amazes you with well-furnished guestrooms, exquisite cuisine at the 4 on-site restaurants and luxurious banquet halls. Everything is perfect. Staff are very helpful. Breakfast is good as well. But I stayed for 3 nights, only some menus were changed

We took subway line 1 and stopped at Fengqi Road station. We exited D3 then walked 2 minutes to our hotel. We arrived at the hotel and were welcomed by Sammy Xu, Su Xi, Wen Le at the 5th floor. We were explained how to get to West Lake. They are very nice and helpful. Sammy can speak English well. The location of the hotel is very good. Near our hotel, there are many restaurants, bakeries and shops. The walking time to the scenery West Lake from our hotel is 25 minutes. It is easy to get there on foot. The free buffet breakfast is very good, so many variety of Chinese food. Mian Hua helped us to check-out and the process was very fast. We left our luggage at the hotel and picked up later. We also borrowed two umbrellas from Mian Hua.

Accepting only mainland Chinese citizens, Metropolo, Hangzhou, West Lake Culture Square is located in Xiacheng district, a 6-minute walk from West Lake Culture Square Metro Station (Line1). But Breakfast was not included

Located steps from Heping Square, Narada Boutique Hotel offers elegant guestrooms with WiFi all over the property. Free parking spaces are available around the site. The warmth and attention to detail of the hotel staff are excellent. We love that they even have turn down services. The rooms were huge even though it was only about 18min by train to the city. Everything we needed were provided and they even had a lovely gift back for our child.
