Arrived earlier than my check in time but was greeted and assisted with a smile. All the Staff was friendly and helpful. Room is clean and spacious,breakfast is very rich and dilicious. By the way, there is also Starbucks and KFC,which is great.

Sheraton Grand Hangzhou Binjiang Hotel har en ideell beliggenhet langs elven Qianjiang, 5 km fra Wushan-plassen, og tilbyr utendørsbasseng og utsikt over elven og bysilhuetten. The hotel was new and clean. Club Lounge was nice. Staff were friendly.

Overlooking the Qiantang River, Four Points by Sheraton Hangzhou, Binjiang provides luxurious and modern rooms with views of the river. It was a clean excellent hotel and is a full Non-smoking property so there is no residual smoke smell anywhere. Facilities are also good and well worth the rates we paid. Another very good aspect for Indian travellers is that there is an Indian restaurant just adjacent to the property so Indian travellers will be able to get Indian food in China which is otherwise quite difficult to get or you have to go far. Overall a great property.
