Situated in the CBD business area, The Langham Haikou is designed in classic and luxurious style. City views or sea views can be enjoyed at the property. Management: 1. I had booked and paid for a room for a week in Jan. 2020. Then Covid-19 broke out, and my flight was canceled. I informed the hotel of my problem and unexpectedly got my refund shortly after. 2. I booked and received confirmation for a room for a week in March 2024. A day later I was informed that my credit card was invalid. This happened twice. The same card was used successfully to purchase two airline ticket a few minute earlier. So I called Visa Center that assured my card validity. This international call costed me over $40! When I mentioned this unpleasant experience, the front desk manager upgraded me to Club level room. 3. One day an elevator/lift I was riding on, with a few ladies, stoped suddenly and started dropping. The emergency button did not work. A bit scary. Fortunately after a few minutes, the ride resumed. After reporting the accident, the hotel sent me a fruit basket, and even gave me free breakfast. All managers I met show they are caring professional. The staff are also very friendly and helpful. The hotel interior is beautiful; our room is elegant.

The staff helped us make payment when we cannot use our app like wechat and we pay them n cash, they are always eager to help, that makes them a place to come back for.

Situated in Haikou and within 500 metres of Haikou Century Bridge, The Westin Haikou has a bar, allergy-free rooms, and free WiFi throughout the property. Excellent location (walking distance to restaurants, bar and tourist spots), cleanliness, service and staffs. Special thanks to Lio and 小谭 in assisting me with my appeal for refund as I was not able to reach the hotel on the first day of my reservation due to an unforeseen circumstances. They were considerate, polite, warm and indeed very helpful. I was absolutely impressed and satisfied with their excellent customer service. Will definitely go back on my next trip to Haikou.

Set within 1.1 km of Wanlv Park and 1.9 km of Jinniuling Park, Sofitel Haikou offers rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Haikou. Breakfast spread is great. But I hope a better security to provide non hotel to just walk in freely.

Ideally located in the Long Hua district of Haikou, GreenTree Inn Haikou Haixiu Middle Road is set 2.2 km from Mingzhu Square, 2.3 km from Haikou Pepole's Park and 2.4 km from Jinniuling Park. The location is good, even direct bus route to airport. The breakfast was good, prepared by a young chef. There are various restaurants around. The lady boss of the hotel is friendly and approachable.

Haikou Bay Hengda Yige Holiday Condo Hotel features a garden, shared lounge, a terrace and restaurant in Haikou. Breakfast was perfect. The room with the seaview and stuff were wonderful.
