The hotel managers recently opened this very nice hotel, and in spite of our late arrival, everybody was extremely helpful, and ready to serve us whatever food they had. Michelle and the rest of the staff made the best of our short visit to Guilin. They helped us organize all of our trips in the region, during a very complicated time (around the Chinese New Year). The hotel is about 15 to 20 minutes away from Guiling Bei (north) Railway station, but it's easy to take a cheap taxi to get there. The room was very comfortable and has a lovely view of the karst mountains of Guilin. From Guilin you can visit Yangshuo and Xingping either by bus or train (the train is much faster and very cheap). I really recommend this hotel to travelers who want to spend some quiet quality time in a delightful little town, surrounded by very nice people.

The hotel was spotless, our room beautifully decorated, perfectly located with stunning views, and the staff were the true highlight. Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Bruce and Alyssa who went above and beyond – they even gave us some gifts on our last day! We can't wait to return!

In a very quiet location, very accessible from town with Didi very easy to get. Nice view on the karst around. Trip organised by the hotel was tailored for me and I had a wonderful time. Very good breakfast made in the kitchen in front of you. Very helpful staff that really did their best even if demands were not really about the hotel. Very good value for money.

The staff was very friendly, service was great. Rooms were spacious and clean. It was extremely convenient as the hotel is near Food Street and Twin Tower. Highly recommended to stay here if you are visiting gui lin.
