The hotel itself is clean, modern and stylish, the breakfasts are good, there were very tasty flower cakes in the room as a compliment when I checked in. I would like to highlight the work of one member of staff with excellent English, she magically appeared every time when needed and helped with everything, thank you!

Excellent location, very central, convenient, and easy to walk around to explore the city. Rooms were great - clean, spacious, comfortable. Service staff were friendly and helpful, they gave us many useful tips about getting around. Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay

Holiday Inn Express Chengdu Tianfu Square, an IHG Hotel - Chunxi Road and Taikoo Li se găsește în centrul orașului Chengdu, la mai puțin de 1 km de Piaţa Tianfu, și oferă un centru de fitness. Breakfast was really good and the staff was very friendly. Many thanks to the great service that we encountered during our stay at the hotel. The staff greeted us with a smile each time we enter and they are very helpful and courteous. We particularly want to mention two of the staff at the breakfast restaurant 小王& 陈姐 who have made our stay a very pleasant one. Also, the staffs at the front desk for upgrading our room to a bigger one with no extra charges. Even though the hotel is near to the road, there isn’t much noises at night and we had a great sleep everyday! Also, we particularly love the luckin coffee which is at the next block.

Situated in Chengdu in the Sichuan Region, 1.5 km from Kuanzhai Ancient Street, Travelling With Hotel Chengdu Wide and Narrow Alley boasts a sun terrace, a bar and an outdoor movie theatre. Studio style room was huge. Very modern and clean bathroom. Nice outside seating area for restaurant.

Excellent set at at Ritz Carlton Chengdu. Only initially planned to stay for one night but ended up staying two! Amazing, friendly staff who are true 5* standard from the front desk manager to the doormen who helped us with our luggage. Rooms nice and big and spotlessly clean. I would highly recommend and will be back. Thank you so much! Kindly upgraded by the staff as well to have a nice view of Chengdu city and rose petals in the room to celebrate an anniversary. Michelle at front desk was very professional and courteous to at check out.
