She was helping in every single detail. The breakfast in the morning was fresh and quality was excellent. The bread and croissant mmmmm everything exceeded my expectations.

Located 20 metres from the shores of Lake Maggiore in Minusio, Osteria La Riva offers a room with a balcony and lake views. The restaurant serves traditional and international cuisine. Just AMAZING. The room had everything you need. It was very comfortable with a very big TV, with Tea making possibilities, minibar. The bed was very comfortable. We had a small balcony looking at the lake. Having breakfast in the morning and enjoying your coffee directly on the lake. It was like a dream. The personel was very friendly and helpful and made everything possible to have a great stay there. We even got a bottle of wine as a small present when we were leaving. Parking space is organised and near by and for free. Internet was working perfectly. The city center was 20 min walking distance. There was a delicious restaurant just under the room. (which can be a bit loud for some people. for us it was not an issue). THANK YOU FOR THE GREAT STAY. We will come back :)

Lovely apartment in amazing location close to the lake and pleasant walk from Locarno centre. The kitchen was fantastically well equipped. Lots of thoughtful extra touches which showed the owners care a lot about their visitor’s comfort. Good value for money. We were really pleased to find this place and loved our stay! We were there while the school was on holiday so it was nice and peaceful. The building is the first one on the right as you enter the school courtyard (took us a while to find the sign on the door which is fairly small!) NB: city tax not included in the price despite booking saying price includes all taxes and charges.

Pensione Solaria features sea views, free WiFi and free private parking, set in Locarno, 1.6 km from Piazza Grande Locarno. Conveniently located and well connected by bus. Very well maintained with good bed and clean toilet. View of the lake from our private balcony was awesome. Timely information by host and a smooth check-in.
