Located in the centre of Bern, Hotel National is only a 5-minute walk from the Main Train Station. Guests can dine in the restaurant and make use of free Wi-Fi. So far so good. The location is perfect, and the staff was more than helpful. I very much liked the old design of the building, which was an experience in itself. the room had everything I needed and it was cleaned daily. This will be my spot anytime I visit Bern.

The hotel and location is good but what was a remarkable experience was the staff highly skilled ! We had some demand due to our family constellation and Sherpa was outstanding to pay attention, answer our questions and very supportive. I travel a lot and the managers of this hotel should recognise this professional and do whatever they can to keep such employee and use her as a role model to training the other colleagues !

In the Mattenhof-Weissenbühl district of Bern, close to Bern railway station, Armotti Apartments Friedheim features a garden and a washing machine. Bruna was super helpful, giving flexibility on parking the luggage before check in and check out, showing me around and telling me all the details of using the facilities with much warmth and patience. The apartment is a home away from home. It’s conveniently located, with the free transportation code provided, it’s very easy to get around. Will definitely stay here again when I visit next time.

Sonya couldn't have been more helpful with our stay, she helped us with clear instructions of how to arrive at the property and she is so well versed on Bern and was able to offer us a lot of advice to help us make the most of our trip! The breakfast was wonderful and the property is lovely and inviting. We couldn't recommend Sonya and her B&B enough!
