The forest jacuzzis are awesome. Everything is so clean. The room is very comfy, and well decorated. Also very clean. The breakfast has an enormous variety of food, and so tasty. The dinner is refined and tasty. The staff are very polite.

This 4-star hotel is situated on a lush, green slope among Velingrad’s surrounding hills. It features a luxury spa with hydrotherapy and ayurvedic treatments and a Finnish sauna. The Spa Center was great and clean. Both pools (inside and outside) were open for clients and wide enough. All guests of the hotel had place where to swim or just stay. Breakfast was filled with "Bio" products and everything was delicious.

Balneo Complex & Spa Aquatonik ligger i Velingrad, Balkans spahovedstad. We love it. The staff is very friendly and attentive to our needs. The hotel and the rooms are cosy. The swimming pools are clean and full with mineral water. The bar is next by and always open for a good fresh juice, coffee or cocktail while relaxing next to the pool.The wellness centre is great. Massages, treatment therapies as well as medical treatments. There is a kid's corner which our child likes a lot. We are regular guests since couple of years. Highly recommended!
