This 4-star hotel is situated on a lush, green slope among Velingrad’s surrounding hills. It features a luxury spa with hydrotherapy and ayurvedic treatments and a Finnish sauna. the room was very clean and the bed was super comfortable. the swimming pool was warm and big enough. we enjoyed our stay

Balneo Complex & Spa Aquatonik is located in Velingrad, the spa capital of the Balkans. We love it. The staff is very friendly and attentive to our needs. The hotel and the rooms are cosy. The swimming pools are clean and full with mineral water. The bar is next by and always open for a good fresh juice, coffee or cocktail while relaxing next to the pool.The wellness centre is great. Massages, treatment therapies as well as medical treatments. There is a kid's corner which our child likes a lot. We are regular guests since couple of years. Highly recommended!

My family and I, we were in an apartment. It had two bedrooms and a living room. The rooms were big enough for all of us. It was nice and clean. The SPA center is not very big but new and very clean. The restaurant is nice and the food is delicious. We will visit the hotel again for sure.
