If you are wondering if you should stay here - JUST DO IT!   I had the pleasure to spend a week at this hotel and let me say this is not your typical hotel…nor your typical Doubletree…this is better. This Doubletree in Plovdiv Center is virtually brand new, only 3 months since it opened - and in pristine condition.  The rooms are cozy with comfortable beds, awesome duvets and pillows.  Black out drapes as well as sheer curtains. Trust me, close to impossible to wake up in the morning, you will want to stay in bed all day! 😉😊  Rooms have a desk, mini refrigerator, and Crabtree & Evelyn toiletries. Large plush bath towels. Amazing shower pressure/hot water. The rooms are super quiet, and well thought out with the various lighting options. There is an amazing fitness center with state-of-the-art equipment and 24/7 access, I have never seen a hotel with a fitness center like this!  There is a restaurant and a bar on site.  There is also a huge breakfast buffet that even has a huge real honeycomb to sweeten your tea!. Oh and how could I forget the famous doubletree cookies! 😋  The best part of this hotel is the staff.  I want to acknowledge the friendly, dedicated, helpful staff that went above and beyond to make my stay amazing: Arda, Hristo, Garo, Petar, Kostadin, Bayazid, Marianna, Radoslava, Tina. You are all so truly wonderful, genuine and made my stay not 'just another few nights in a hotel,' but a memory I will cherish❤️   Благодаря ви отново за всичко. Second stay in as many weeks, and my first review still applies so I'm repeating it :) Everything was perfect - the rooms, the facilities, the high-concept and inventive restaurant menu, and especially the staff. The hotel is a beautifully renovated historic building, introducing a new crisp aesthetic while celebrating the heritage character of the original design. Great views towards the old town and steps away from the action.

Staff is amazing, the equipments are all in great condition, everything is new and confortable, breakfast was quite diversified ... Regarding the breakfast: we had sometimes a buffet and, when there was fewer people, an "A la carte" breakfast. Everything was always included so no bad surprise either way. Always great quality and enough choices to make everyone happy (for example: my dad is lactose intolerant and the staff made the adjustment with plant based milk for his hot chocolate)

Parking is few meters from the hotel I front of amphitheater, which is secured and free. Breakfast was fabulous, and was served based on my lactose intolerant. overall I liked attention to details
