Hotel Gravensteen is located in the heart of Ghent's old town, just a few steps from the Castle of the Counts. The location was fantastic, close to the canals, shops, restaurants and bars. The room was spacious with a comfortable bed and needed toiletries provided.

I was amazed by how peaceful and how beautiful everything is. I was provided bath rope, slippers, shower cap and towels. The shower and toilet were very clean. My room smelled so nice as well. The from my window I could see the old fashioned colored glass windows of the building, which is just fantastic!
