I was bringing my sister to the hotel to celebrate her 70th birthday. From the moment we spoke to the lovely staff at reception to the moment we departed we were overwhelmed by the customer service the staff gave us. Please forward our utmost regards to all staff for their friendly assistance in all areas of the beautiful Grand Hyatt. We experienced High Tea and again the service from the lovely staff was impeccable and the food was absolutely beautifully presented and lovely and fresh.

It looks like an old building from the outside, but inside is really nice. It's a great place for budget travelers. We even got an upgrade when we checked in early. Our room was so big! The shower was very nice.

Great location and staff, quiet and clean room. They even provided a power adapter, and free luggage storage on the day of departure. Great value for money, I had a great stay.

The location is absolutely for getting into the city etc. The staff were exceptionally pleasant on every occasion. The cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional. The room was clean and comfortable and I had the best nights sleep in the super comfy bed

The room was beautiful - well designed and very comfortable - we still had to work whilst we were there so the work space in the room was very comfortable. The view over the centre of the complex was very nice loved the green bottles. The staff were amazing we felt very looked after.
