The air-conditioned ARTIST Boutique Hotel is located in Vienna's elegant Josefstadt district with its numerous historical buildings and Town Hall, and just 500 meters from Ringstrasse and the Imperial... The bartender was fantastic! The young guy at front desk was incredible nice too.

Hotel Rathaus - Wein & Design er staðsett í 8. hverfi Vínar og er með fjölbreyttan vínseðil með yfir 450 austurrískum vínum. The location is great as well as the staff. It had a nice outdoor area.

The Flemings Selection Hotel Wien-City is located in Vienna, just behind Vienna’s Town Hall and only a 5-minute walk from the Ringstraße Boulevard. A fabulous hotel with a bit of James Bond connection: the New York taxi driver - eventually the owner of this hotel - used to drive Jan Fleming around and discuss the perfect hotel with him, hence the name. Very lush. The room was spacious with lots of lovely extras such as a welcome free bottle of soda. Beds comfortable. Quirky transparent shower cabin in the middle of the room - well, at least the toilet was in a closed space :). Morning view out of the window on Viennese rooftops including the Rathaus and (if one opens the window) church bells ringing to Sunday service, just lovely. Of course it's a perfect location one can walk over to the Museum Quarter, to the Ring and so on. Perfect for Christmas markets. Breakfast was gorgeous (with David Bowie quotations on the menu and lovely classical music). One can both use the buffet and order hot dishes from the menu card (no waste and lovely scrambled eggs with bacon). Also lots of different kinds of smoked fish, roast beef etc in quaint portion-sized glass jars - so no drying out. Nice local pastries including traditional Viennese Gugelhupf. Wonderful selection of Austrian fruit juices including pear and apple-and-elderberry, also regular and pink bubbly. I was travelling with my schoolboy son, so not in the mood, but it is such a nice touch :)

Dating back to 1906, the traditional Pension Lehrerhaus is located in Vienna’s Josefstadt district, within a 5-minute walk from the Town Hall, the Parliament, and the Ringstraße Boulevard. Imaculate clean. Perfect value for money

Located in a renovated building dating from 1904, Hotel-Pension Wild offers a very quiet location in the elegant Josefstadt district, only a 5-minute walk away from the Ringstraße boulevard. The staff is very, very nice, the room was incredible! the bed is super comfy, the deco is beautiful, the location is great and you can use the and just walk 5 minutes. I stayed a night with my boyfriend but I ended up regretting not staying another night. This is a perfect place if you are traveling with children too.

Hið 4 stjörnu Hotel Josefshof am Rathaus er staðsett í friðsælli hliðargötu í hrífandi Josefstadt-hverfinu, aðeins nokkrum skrefum frá frægum ferðamannastöðum eins og ráðhúsinu í Vín, Safnahverfinu og... We loved the staff!!!! Anna stole our heart and her welcome every time she saw us was warm and cozy! Waldenice and Tomas were very friendly, as well! The service was outstanding!

The Theaterhotel & Suites Wien is a 4-star hotel in a very central location directly next to the famous “Theater in der Josefstadt”, Vienna’s oldest theatre. The staff at reception was very helpful, I got my boarding passes printed etc and they had good instructions on how to take advantage of the great public transportation.

The Levante Parliament is a modern, centrally located design hotel directly behind Vienna’s Town Hall and the Austrian Parliament in the 8th district. very good location. about 15 min walk from Stephanplatz or you can get a tram just round the corner. Vey nice facilities and very clean. Breakfast was just right and enough

The ecologically friendly Hotel Graf Stadion is situated in the district of Josefstadt, only 250 metres from the Rathaus Underground Station and within walking distance of Vienna’s Town Hall, the Burg... Breakfast, cleaneliness, simplicity. Staff makes the most of a modest facility.

HPA Hotel Andreas is a traditional bed and breakfast in a quiet and very central location right behind the Town Hall, in Vienna’s 8th district. Good bed, the building was beautiful, nice staff.
