You can reach it by foot within only a few minutes from Hauptplatz. It is very clean and comfortable, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast offers everything you need. When I would return to Linz, I'll book this hotel again.

There are not a ton of hotel options in Linz- luckily I came across Hotel Schwarzer Bär! It was so moderately priced, it actually almost worried me. I trusted the many great reviews, and I am SO GLAD I DID! What a great experience that totally blew me away! We were traveling through Austria to visit WW2 historical sites, so we booked the large suite they have at the hotel. It is slightly hard to navigate there when you first arrive- PLEASE, JUST CALL THE HOTEL- they will guide you, and once you get those directions, it is super easy. Upon walking in, I was so pleased with the lobby/cafe/check in area. There were a few people enjoying a beverage and snack outside on the patio. The front desk staff was GREAT! They checked us in right away and explained the location, breakfast, and other restaurant options. Once we got to our room- WOW! It was SO BIG! Given, we did book the large suite, but it had a full kitchenette, living room, large balcony, 2 closets, a huge bathroom (with GREAT hot water), a nice king size bed, and another desk area. It had a great air conditioner (a HUGE plus if you need it), but also a ton of windows to open. The breakfast was GREAT! One of the best on our 4 week vacation. We had dinner in their terrace restaurant- and it was awesome! We were able to sit outside and enjoy the great views. I KNEW I had to write them a great review- I was beyond impressed for a VERY AFFORDABLE hotel.

Located in the centre of Linz, Hotel Schillerpark Linz, a member of Radisson Individuals is a 12-minute walk from the main square, a 10-minute walk from Linz Main Station, and 300 metres from the... Service of front-desk was wonderful. Especially, Mr. Hussein treated me so well. I'd like to suggest this hotel to other colleagues and will stay in this hotel next business trip again.

Very delicious breakfast, with fresh fruit, quality soft drinks, champagne. Close to the city center, the train station and the Dom. The check-in and check-out is fast, the staff is kind, smiling and helpful. We received a city map and an idea for the best pastry shop in town (we wanted to eat linzer). You can buy fridge magnets and postcards at the reception.

Az 1906 óta családi kézben lévő Hotel Lokomotive épülete Linz főpályaudvarának közvetlen közelében helyezkedik el. A szálláshely kényelmes szobákat és bőséges svédasztalos reggelit kínál. Everything exceeded my expectations right from the time I entered the hotel. The staff were extremely helpful and curtious, and greeted me with pleasantry everytime. I liked the ambiance of the hotel surrounding, the breakfast room and bar, and the overall cleanliness. The location of the hotel is close to the downtown within a 15 minute casual walk to see the park and nice restaurants. Will be happy to answer any questions.
