The breakfast was excellent. Everything was fresh, tasty, lots of choices for both meat-lovers and vegans, and the hospitality of the staff was outstanding both in the reception and the bar.

Location was excellent. All staff were excellent. Customer service was excellent.. Exceeded all expectations. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Innsbruck.

Location is great, the bed was good and comfortable, individual light and socket. Toilet and shower were in a room and separated. Also you can leave your luggage in the luggage room, that was very convenient. Very good place to stay, totally recommend.
