The hotel was really communicative about how to reach it and how to gain access for out of hours check-in which was really easy to do. The interiors are beautiful and it was the most comfortable hotel bed I've ever had - we were so sorry we were only staying one night and will definitely be back! The breakfast was lovely and staff were very friendly.

Hotel B&B Graz-Hbf enjoys a central location only a 3-minute walk from Graz Main Train Station and a 10-minute walk from the Old Town and the Kunsthaus. The location is excellent if you plan on using the train. The room was comfortable and clean.

Atrašanās vieta ļoti laba. No terases pavērās lielisks skats uz Pili kalna galā. Ēkas pirmajā stāvā atradās omulīgs krodziņš. Telpas bija pietiekoši plašas, visa ģimene jutās ērti.

Mercure Graz City atrodas dažus soļu attālumā no Grācas vēsturiskā centra, tikai 400 m attālumā no Šlosbergas ar tās apskates vietām un pulksteņa torni. The rooms were large and well equipped. There is parking under the hotel which was $16 euro which is pretty pricey but it is for 24 hours. We arrived early and were able to go ahead and park before our room was ready. The rooms were quiet and comfortable. After we checked into our room, made a cup of coffee and rested for a bit, we noticed the toilet seat was cracked. We were immediately moved to a different room and given 2 free drinks at the bar for our "troubles". The location is good for walking in the old town area. Breakfast was amazing. A huge variety of everything you could want. We would recommend Hotel Mercure to family & friends.
