Alvear Icon Hotel is a 32-floor modern building with great panoramic views of the city and the river, located on the banks of the Río de la Plata in Puerto Madero, the newest and highly developed... We were surprised with the work and the help that Francisco, the concierge, gave us during our stay at the hotel. He recommended places to visit, gave us tips on how to get around the city in the best way and even got us very good tickets to a night show. Without a doubt, the hotel and its help were essential for our excellent experience in Buenos Aires.

Offering a swimming pool and a spa centre, Almarena Madero Urbano is set in the Puerto Madero district in Buenos Aires. I would like to give a special shout out to Americo and Robert for having exceptional customer service. Tbe whole staff was super friendly. But these two gentlemen stuck put above the crowd. I will definitely stay here again because of my experience. Keep up the good work fellas!!! You both deserve promotions.

Very nice staff at the reception and breakfast area. Very clean rooms. They clean the room everyday. That is great because you don’t have to request it. Great location and super close to Restaurants.

The modern design, the location and the friendly and helpful staff. Great service! Comfortable beds, large rooms, good breakfast buffet. Definitely a place we would like to stay again.

Believe Madero Hotel is located in the emblematic Puerto Madero area. Its rooms offer panoramic views of the renovated waterfront. After we experience booking an hotel that ended up to be atrocious, very dirty and staff not friendly at all. We left after seeing the place and managed to book Believe Madero Hotel. The Hotel staff was wonderful, very attentive to details and could not do enough for us. The room was immaculate and the breakfast had a great variety. We can’t recommend this hotel enough
