There was nothing great. You could not even have a peaceful meal without merchants approaching your table trying to sell you Their merchandise. Most of the taxi drivers take the scenic route to your destination so they can charge you more and think that I do not know the area. This is the only country I have been to so far where the cars and motorcycles drive and park on the sidewalks and if you were in the way, they will hit you. Unbelievable that motorcycles have more value than people. It says my second trip, but it is changed my opinion about this CDplace at one point I thought I would buy Property here but now I don’t think I will ever come back or recommend two friends.

Firstly, I wasn’t well when friends and I stayed. E Vung out. For a vining local areas and sights by taxi. Buddha, fishing village, front beach, back beach, markets etc.
We thought It is a local beachside town with not much to offer international tourists. There are a lot of expats living there from the war. Very laid back lifestyle, general service was ok, not much English spoken. Wouldn’t go there again.

I loved the location and the beaches.
I loved the location and the beaches. Naturally the Vietnamese were very kind and helpful as always making the vacation very comfortable. I am not into the dancing and nightlife but that said there are many fine restaurants and places to meet people. Getting around was very simple as long as you knew and understood the local currency, taxi were clean and well maintained and the drivers will go out of their way to assist you if asked. It is too bad that it is such a long way from Saigon. They should put in a light rail system and make Vung Tao a prime destination.

You only need 2 days 1 night in vung tau. from ho Chi Minh only 2.5 hours per way to vung tau. Cheap and fresh seafood. Most crowded beach in Vietnam back beach. Front beach to see ship stop by. Cheap massage. Jesus mountain, whale temple, cable car, bao dai palace, lighthouse are the scenery must view in vung tau. Can buy cake before go back. Futa bus station vung tau got plenty of choices VIP limousine, VIP bus and etc. can ask and try compare few only decide. Futa limousine or bus not best choice. A bit hot weather. Seaside got monument can take photo. C.Thien Nienh is best restaurant give cheap, fresh seafood. Got many choices of convenient shop. Opposite the whale temple got seafood noodle quite nice and cheap and fresh. Take grab bike is good to go. The public open air car charge 40.000vnd per 2km. Grab bike only 18.000 to 28.000vnd. Jesus mountain stair got 910+- steps but easy to go up because stairs not big high. Can climb up Jesus inside and view panoramic of whole vung tau city. Is not as crowded like ho Chi Minh City. More relaxing with breezy wind blow.

Nice place , most of the nightlife and bars were round at front beach , back beach very quiet at night apart from hotels . Would advise getting a scooter as from back beach to front is a fair walk --loads of lovely seafood restaurants including David's Italian restaurant which we ate at many times and was amazing.
The breakfast was the best breakfast I have ever had at a hotel in Asia. Every staff member was professional and kind and friendly and helpful. Everyone spoke English and was super polite. My wife and I had a wonderful massage. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The bathtub was huge. The bathroom was incredible. There was a view from the balcony that was stunning. An aircon and a ceiling fan kept the room the perfect temperature. It was a dream stay.
Beautiful new hotel within walking distance of back and front beach.
Very comfortable beds and bed linen
A small desk to work on and good lighting.
Close to bars and restaurants.
A lovely pool with waterfall for an afternoon dip, not much outside seating but ok for us.
Food was very tasty and staff so accommodating!
I
Staff were lovely, although I really needed my Google translate but that was great for helping me learn a little of the language.
The staff were so friendly and helpful always trying to please. The gardens, pond and common spaces on the property were beautiful. Breakfast was delicious. It was nice to get real fruit juice. We took advantage of a 50% discount at the spa and liked the Himalayan hot stone massage so much we got a second one. We also made use of the free hotel shuttle.
It's a modern hotel with a luggage shelf, good air conditioning, great balcony rooms, high quality bed sheets with a high thread count and very comfortable beds without a foot board. Electric outlets on both sides of the bed and an ergonomic chair and one plush chair. It's designed very well.
Excellent location, around 300m to a very nice beach (back beach). Plenty of restaurants, street food and shops close to the hotel. Staff were friendly, and although they did not speak English, we managed to communicate with Google translate. Good laundry service. Very good value for money.
The staff are amazing! Also this hotel has a laundry, although they do it on the next day, it's still very convenient.
The girls on the reception helped me to book a car to Sai Gon for reasonable price.
This is really great hotel in this area in Vung Tau.
The room was clean, very big and spacious. The Christ was visible from the room and had well lit windows on both sides. The hotel is very near the beach and the Christ statue
They also arrange for bike rental which are of good quality.
the location is near the beach, just cross the road and you are on the beach. The hotel offers a great selection during B'fast friendly and English speaking staff! This hotel can be recommended for business, and families holidays.
Good location, good view to the see. Service is good too. The private beach is easy to get there. They also have a restaurant beside their private beach. Their foods are so excellent. Recommended hotel for your trip at Vung Tau.
This is a relatively cheap option for staying in Vung Tau. The location means that hiring a scooter is a good idea - easy to do from the hotel. The breakfast was forgettable, but the room was fine; definitely value for money.
Location and it being the only hotel of its type in Vung Tau. Breakfast was good, great selection. Spa services were really nice as well. Close to the beach, which really is a small strip of sand! Great view of the bay.
The hotel has all the requirements for an excellent relaxing stay for business while in Vung Tau or holiday. The staff are exceptional in service and the GM Mr David is a leader of exceptional hospitality services
Great location shame about the beach being left in run down state and hard to access, not hotels fault at all they are not directly on the beach but it sucked to go there and see a great beach in such condition
Comfortable room and beds, beautiful breakfast (pho was so good), the beachside pool was spectacular. The foot massage was amazing and a really good gym. Overall, it is a very luxurious hotel.
The hotel is brand new and located near the beach. Staffs are super friendly and professional. Overall it was a great exprience, especially with the price they offered.
Good customer service, walk to beach, big shopping centre, lots of restaurants. I have stayed at many hotels in Vietnam and this is the best by far. 🇦🇺
