The room was paid through affirm and when we arrived the desk clerk said he could not find the reservation and he said he needed a card while I called booking.com. booking.com called the desk clerk and had him put the correct information in. The desk clerk refused to release my card of $445.00. To date this money is still on hold and I can't have access. I called to speak to a manager but no one will return my call. If this is not taken care of today I am filling charges against Marriott for poor business practice. Feel free to contact me. The say was 11/23-11/25 John Barnes. My name is Mary Taylor- I paid for the stay.

The staff is nice.
The staff is nice. The pool area could use some love, think cloudy with a chance of floaters (hair, eww). The room was nice but we had to ask for bedding for the fold out, even though I booked for an extra person. Not a problem with the bedding but the fold out had crumbs and trash on the sheet folded up in it. I decided not to make a fuss and let that go. Overall, decent hotel with ok amenities. FYI, Vending machine/ gift store prices are stupid expensive, find a convenience store.

We’re both not winter person it was too much too cold also the room was cold it took some time before the heat came on which was very annoying and uncomfortable there’s no privacy too noisy in the pool area we shared a Jacuzzi with a birthday theme party of screaming noisy girls but our reason for travel was to attend the organization Christmas party. They had a n attractive tree way to start the holiday.

The Windsor hotel is great place to stay. The suite are great. The kitchen is well put together. The living room is comfortable. The king size bed is exceptional. The bath is good. The water could be a little warmer. Overall an exceptional place to stay.

Although the room staff was impeccable, helpful,...
Although the room staff was impeccable, helpful, conscientious, and responded to a bad situation timely, the problem of the staff around the breakfast buffet was difficult. First, no less than five employees (I couldn't tell whether all were current or past or perhaps related) were "hanging out" chatting and both taking and sharing phone photographs. Guests had to ask staff to refill coffee, items on the buffet, and even suggested wiping down the counter areas. Trash was not emptied although it was overflowing; when asked, your staff pushed the trash down in the can but did not clean up the exterior of the can, which was covered with sticky foods. All in all, it was a bad scene. Some guests entered the room, saw what the conditions were, and simply left. I wish that I had video of that morning.
the room was quite comfortable, not too large but just spacious enough. we had a great location where the room windows looked right over a tree with pretty blooming flowers. Its a small thing but something I take big notice about: the shampoo/conditioner/body wash in the refillable containers mounted in the shower is really great, I'm glad to see that and wish it was more wide-spread in hotels.
the inside was clean and beautiful
but the locks really need to be changed
not the porch one but the entering front door
doesn’t lock, and you need to put up a curtain up on the front door and the laundry door
that was the only things we found not good !!
and the outside needed to be wiped down to many spider webs and spiders that’s all
Expensive. 16 dollars and some change per person. We have 5 people in our family. We skipped the hotel breakfast and ate else were. Also, coffee was 7 dollars for black coffee. The coffee maker and supplies in the room were dirty and old.
Good Location. Great value for the money. It was much nicer staying in a house than in one of the many nearby poorly rated overpriced hotels. It is like a home away from home, Definitely would stay here again.
The hotel was easy to get to and close to the event we were attending. Check-in was smooth. The whole hotel was clean and up to date. The room was more than I was expecting, definitely an A+ experience.
