When breakfast is advertised - I expect breakfast. There was no water, no juice, no milk, no fruit, no cereal - nothing. They offered a pack of oatmeal, and a nutrigrain bar

It wasn't too far out of the city (Milwaukee) so it was fairly convenient. The room was clean and the overall facilities were fine. The staff that I interacted with were all very polite.

The location was beautiful, the room was so nice and clean, best hotel breakfast I’ve ever had. All around amazing.

Decent community, people are friendly and straightforward.
Decent community, people are friendly and straightforward. I was able to try Culver’s, and went shopping at Woodsman’s. There were a lot of things in Milwaukee where I found myself the most. I had an enjoyable time in spite of relatives.

Beautiful town saw that the beach and the community pool was wonderful. The town is quaint With cute little shops and restaurants. My children go to 360 Bible institute There for the past year and I’ve enjoyed every time I go visit there.
Since we stayed for only two nights, they told me at check-in that there would be no room service. This is low class and what I expect in a flea bag hotel.
The breakfast was below average, lacked variety (every cereal contained sugar), same entree both mornings (I doubt it ever changes), only one kind of fruit, poor coffee, lousy brand of what was suppose to be yogurt and no milk, other that a pitcher for cereal.
I loved the set up and appeal of the hotel. It’s difficult than the rest of the hotels I have been too. I loved that the staff gives you a goodie bag when you check in. The beds were really comfortable and the innovative soap dispenser is something I could get on board with. The room that was booked met my expectations and was in a really good spot that wasn’t congested and a pleasant view.
We got to our room and it smelled like someone was smoking in it. We told the clerk. We had no wash clothes. I went and asked for some. Person at desk said they were all in the wash. Come back in the morning. I went back in the morning and they still had no wash clothes. The comforter didn’t look clean either. We didn’t tell the hotel about that. The rest of the hotel did look clean.
The hotel served breakfast which was average, had apple juice. I liked the bed size of the room we stayed in was pretty comfortable. The in suite oversized tub was nice to relax in. Pool was a decent size despite being a little cold and the deepest part being 5 feet.
I cleaned rooms in a hotel for 11 years and was very happy with the person who worked so hard to make the room I was in so nice. it had a nice breakfast selection that was waiting in the lobby. eggs sausage waffles cereal toast juice coffee tea it was nice.
Staff was cool. Wanted to stay another 2 nights, but something with 3 rd party, booking.com, blah, blah.
Not their issue, so no fault by the hotel.
Place was clean and comfortable.
I don't like Waukesha WI so that's the only reason for a negative.
The room, the facility and the location were all fabulous! I drove back and forth to Milwaukee each day and it was not an inconvenience. I thoroughly enjoyed staying at this hotel and will most likely stay again when I travel back to visit Milwaukee.
I love that the pool is open late but I wish it was open just a tad later, that’s the biggest reason we stay at the hotel and the kids love to swim as long as they can. Most of the staff was very nice.
