No one let me know that the facility was being remodeled. Construction dust, tile floors not finished. The staff was very professional considering you have them working in a hard hat zone.

The lady that was working the breakfast was very helpful and kind. The staff was polite and helpful. The room was clean. The toiletries were good. The bed was comfortable. The television was good. Having a bathroom near the front desk is great and that bathroom has a toilet that is a decent height

Poor facility for a handicap individual. If you have any physical handicaps, I would not recommend. Lobby is not accessible. No benches or seating available.
My handicap daughter was released from the hospital with only a Walker. Front desk worker would not allow her to sit in the lobby. No benches or chairs outside. So she had to sit in the snow and the front desk worker was unapologetic over the situation.

The things I liked most were the room was comfortable.
The things I liked most were the room was comfortable. But what I didn't like is the water in the tub filled as I took my shower and ran out very slowly. The other thing is the breakfast server. I love oatmeal and I like it a special way and what I mean by that is I like it creamy and cooked accordingly. Not soupy or to thick. Then I like my brown sugar, raisin, and nuts on top with butter. So if I can make a suggestion until COVID 19 is over can you all just give the package of oatmeal and grits to the customer and they can make it in their room in the microwave. Thank you
This room was huge, bigger than our first apartment. We were worried driving out of downtown Little Rock that this hotel would not be safe but IT WAS SAFE! The breakfast was better than a hotel we stayed in that cost thirty percent more. The breakfast attendant was active in refilling and tidying up - there was some pride there. Convenience food options nearby for sodas and a late night treat and gas station within walking distance (1/2 mile) but the road there is very busy.
Hotel renovation! We had the right to count on the service that this brand guarantees. But there are no amenities. paint, putty, the smell of paint, we had allergies. We feel deceived. We can no longer trust this brand. I ask for a refund, as the service was not provided well. Also, I ask you to register a complaint, since I did not find an opportunity to file a complaint on your website. Thank you. I'm sorry.
It was clean, affordable, the location was close to the Studio, the staff didn't bother you, even the parking lot was clean!! I drove all the way from Conway to stay here, because their Days Inn staff is nosey!! Hopefully I get some deals soon, cause I'd stay again tonight if the price went down
I liked the overall aesthetic of the hotel. It was clean, and the staff was friendly. The breakfast was so delicious, and it was easy to use. The pool was nice and large, and it was kept clean. The room was also quiet, and I didn't hear a lot of outside noise.
The room was extremely clean. The air conditioner worked very well which was welcome due to the heat! Front desk was very friendly. Location provided easy access to the highway and downtown Maumelle. Also the BBQ restaurant in front of the hotel was great!
Staff was very helpful and friendly. The facilities were very clean and comfortable. Our service animal was welcomed. Traveling in a wheelchair isn’t always easy for my husband but he found this hotel very easy to move on his wheelchair.
Breakfast was same as almost all other hotels offering "free" breakfast. Fake eggs, sausage, waffles, etc. Nothing out of the ordinary. Room was nice and quiet as requested.
I stay at hotels a lot and I always run into rude employee.
At this location EVERY EMPLOYEE I talked to was super nice.
I enjoyed my stay it was so peaceful.
Upgraded hotel. Be nice. Very clean. Large king room, with super large TV. Staff was friendly. Exceeded our expectations, even with reviewing great reviews.
