I was looking for a peace of mind but still couldn’t quite get that. I like that I was able to spend time with my dog. Although, I could not relax for some reason…Idk maybe because of the tub not draining the water, it smells like cigarettes in the room, still had to contact the staff in person which I was trying to avoid during this stressful time. I couldn’t really sleep most nights because there were people being loud in the hallways and also my dog kept barking at everyone that he heard walk by. I’m just writing an honest review. I like the two employees, the person that checked me in and the person that checked me out. I enjoyed looking at the pool. The tv had cable, I was quite happy with that. Just a few things they should work on. Appreciate the stay. Thank you!

We were there for my Aunt's 95th birthday.

We were there for my Aunt's 95th birthday. We had family close by and it was easy to get around. Loved the ice cream parlor Cherry Smash! Not only was the Death by Peanut Butter ice cream heavenly, the space was amazing. So many fun things to look at! We also loved the casino's, the Calder was our favorite! An older casino but the chances of winning were better.

Terrible. NO breakfast, pools, housekeeping ( cleaned only when u check out), cockroach in room, have to ask for everything including toilet paper, rain leaking from ceiling, holes in ceiling near front desk,DO NOT enforce local requirements of wearing face mask. I think you got the picture!!

Coral Springs itself has a prime location.

Coral Springs itself has a prime location. It’s very close to the Everglades. Technically, it’s already in them, on the very northern edge. It’s close to beaches, the Keys, airports, and many attractions. It’s somewhat of a confusing town to a traveler. You think you’re still in Coral Springs only to realize that you’re in Tamarac, Coconut Creek, Margate, etc. I found it hard to tell where Coral Springs ends, and the next town begins. I would recommend staying in this town though. It’s a beautiful place, and the people are friendly. Although, I will say this...I found most people in Coral Springs to be less polite and cheerful than elsewhere I visited in Florida. Still, people were nicer than the majority of places I have been.

For freelance work, the hotel was adequate and everything...

For freelance work, the hotel was adequate and everything was accessible by walking. You have a wellsfargo, chase, and bank of america nearby, a restaurant next door (Pei Wei) and a few others right across the street. If you go south on Univeristy, there are plenty of places to eat from local pubs and eateries to more known franchises such as Chiptole, Arbys, Wendys, etc. The library is right across the street as well. The area is very relaxed and as a nighttime photographer i never felt i had to rush my shots or that i was in any sort of danger. I recommend this for a few days definitely if you are here for work. It is very convienent.

Emma is an exceptional manager and she's definitely a plus for this property. She goes above and beyond and this is something Hospitality lacks in lot of places these days. When I used to be in the hospitality industry I was an upper level that is executive management for Marriott and people like her is very hard to find so I want to say thank you to Emma for making my stay quite exceptional and I am pleased with her above and beyond service as a guest here.

We've used this hotel several times, the location suits our purposes and the staff are great. Every staff member we interacted with, whether it be a maid or the front desk, were extremely helpful and went out of their way to make us feel wanted. I went down in the elevator one morning to deposit two large bags of garbage in the outside bins and a maintenance man who happened to be in the elevator insisted on taking them off my hands. Great service!

Waking up to a beautiful pool setting and luscious green lawn for your breakfast view was not an expectation in a value priced hotel. Nice surprise, as was "My name is Annette. Welcome to my breakfast room." She was very welcoming and even covered our warm food with an extra plate while we chose bagels and toast! The room was also very clean and comfortable.

More than enough to eat at the restaurant & the gym was the best. Very colorful hotel & decorated for Christmas made it so surreal. The cleaning personal didn't have to check us every day so we could leave our stuff out wherever we put it. Towels were readily available.

Liked the location because the people we were visiting live very near your hotel. The room was very nice and the bed was comfortable. Really liked the shower and the linens provided. We did not use any of the facilities other than our room, so cannot comment on those.

That facility is where I normally stay when I'm travelling in Coral Springs. It's one of the better facility in that area. I will be staying there again not because it's central to what I'm doing but it's just comfortable and the staff are so nice

This hotel is expensive for how disgusting the rooms are, the smell of dog urine in several rooms, they changed my room and the other one was worse, the entrance to the rooms is very dirty, the atmosphere is unpleasant, I had a horrible time

I liked Tyrone, the 3-11, front desk person. Also enjoyed Fred the Chief Hotel Engineer. Fred cheerfully went and brought us extra linens when it was not his job to do. Very impressed with Tyrone, Fred, and Tyrone’s manager.
