Staff members at the reception were brilliant: they did what needs to be done sometimes even before I asked for it, and they were amiable. I felt very comfortable with them.

The breakfast was plentiful and there was something for everyone in our party. The rooms allowed us to be together as a family and there was enough space for various activities. The pool was a nice diversion for children.

Massive snow storm so we didn’t do much.
Massive snow storm so we didn’t do much. Couldn’t sleep due to the loud teenagers in the hallway running around all night. No towels
At the pool. When we went back to the pool in the morning our key card wouldn’t open it. Then once we got in the loud group of teenagers were causing chaos in the pool room so I had to take my 7 year old out

Walked to University mall and ate at Applebee's.
Walked to University mall and ate at Applebee's. The food was good and service satisfactory. The mall had several known stores. Dorset Street was very noisy with cars and motorcycles during the night.
The only redeeming quality of the Anchorage Inn was its proximity to the airport.
Would never consider staying there again and am seeking a refund.
Location is excellent in downtown Burlington, near the lake and lots of great restaurants. The staff is exceptionally friendly, helpful, and welcoming from the front desk to the restaurant. I got take-out from the in-house restaurant, Juniper, almost every night and it was delicious and a breeze—I did not miss the understandable absence of room service. The coffee and filtered-water stations on each floor were tremendously appreciated, and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel's modern-but-rustic design aesthetic is great.
Easy check-in, even though we didn't arrive until almost 11pm. We called the host, and he explained how to get into our room (contactless). The room was very clean and spacious. We liked we were a few miles out of the downtown Burlington area... got to enjoy a nice, small breakfast shop (Pioneer) and general store (Dick Mazza's).
The location was good. Easy access to downtown Burlington and Lake Champlain. Laundry facilities were onsite. The pool was nice. There are many restaurants within a 5 mile radius.
The staff was friendly and helpful, it took them very little time to address the problem we had with a AC unit and a refrigerator that didn't work.
We truly enjoyed the hotel's location given we were in Burlington to explore the city on foot. There are plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance, and it's an easy downhill walk to the lakefront. The rooms were clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, and we enjoyed the complementary valet parking.
The entire experience was excellent! They put me in a suite in which I didn't expect with full kitchen. I stayed there the night before my flight from Burlington airport. I'll make this my "night before flight" hotel from now on. Just wished I'd checked in sooner. I give it 5 stars plus
the hotel was in the right area if you’re staying in Burlington, not to far way and definitely close enough to head into town quickly! breakfast was excellent and the appetizers in the afternoon during the week was prefect after a busy day!
We have stayed here several times before. We like the facilities ie the kitchen, the space for 2 couples. Burlington is our favourite city and GMS is easy to get to and near some good stores, trader Jose etc. the pool is fun too.
Breakfast was OK. Location is close to I89 and moderately close to downtown Burlington. Rooms were a bit smaller than I expected but not too bad.
Common areas are nice. Hotel is busy but still relaxed.
We like the location. It is central to the places that we visit in Burlington. The staff were friendly. We enjoyed the little balcony off the room. It was very quiet; no noise from anywhere.
The location and the property is very nice. The hotel is centrally located to downtown and the waterfront area with a fantatsic view of the lake. The room is also well appointed.
The hotel was correct and there was a pool and gym which is nice. Basically, there is all you can ask and the staff is very kind, this is plus and always good to have.
