Went to Augusta for the Womens Amatuer Tournament at Augusta National. The location of the hotel was ideal and was within walking distance of the course. We ventured into Broad Street was was run down, looked unsafe and poor. Was told by locals that the area was going through a transition and new businesses were opening up improving the area. I hope this continues. Was also told there were nicer areas in Augusta to visit however we didn't get the opportunity to seek these out.

Lovely stay. Will definitely come back here.
Lovely stay. Will definitely come back here. Great value and service. The staff members were friendly, accommodating, and went above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met. They worked with me and my situation. Location-wise, the motel is convenient, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. Right off the highway, central location to good food, shopping, grocery, etc.

I wish that we would not have stayed in Augusta for the night. It was late and a last minute decision. But our experience is only a reflection of our hotel stay. We did not really experience the town.

The area is nice.
The area is nice. Liked the different choices of restaurants. People seemed friendly. Didn't like the gas prices, normally it's cheaper there than back in Decatur, not this time. Still would have made the trip. Loved eating at the Outback resturant. If your there for a single purpose traveling in the area seemed easy enough. If you like roller skating or bowling enjoy.

The hotel was a disaster. It looks nothing like its photos.
The hotel was a disaster. It looks nothing like its photos. It seems to be in the process of major renovations., Which I understand. But there is no excuse for renting rooms which are barely habitable. If there had been any other option open to us, we would have left on seeing the rooms. But it is master's week in Augusta, so we had no other option but to stay. We will NEVER stay at another Motel 6 again.
Went to Augusta to see Masters, place is very nice, clean, quiet and with good proximity to city. Ron the manager was so nice from start to finish, I came after their business hours, but Ron was always responsive on the phone, explained to me where I will find keys clearly and after my trip also gave me a ride to airport which he didn’t have to, but did because the taxi demand during Masters was crazy. Very very happy overall and will stay in this hotel again if I am in Augusta.
Went to Masters Golf Tournament practice round. Motel was 3.5 miles away and in easy access to downtown Augusta restaurants and the golf course and the large medical complex. Safe and very clean. Front desk person was extremely helpful as was the breakfast hostess. Manager told me all new furniture coming next year. Breakfast was adequate. I would definitely recommend it if you wanted to use it for seeing tournament.
Came here for Augusta Ironman. Best location for that event. Only .8 miles from transition and about 2 blocks from start of swim. I was able to get my stuff to transition early and go back to room to relax. Less than 5 minutes to get to swim. I was able to walk back to my room after race. Location is on the run course. So as a whole, dissatisfied with room but what I wanted with being close to event, which I got.
The friendliness of staff was exceptional.i really enjoyed staying here, Esther at the front desk made my family and i feel right at home and made sure we had everything we needed for the night. She treated us like family and i will definetly be coming back to stay here. Also, we arrived late at night to check in and i felt safe in this area being on base and coming from the parking lot into the hotel. Thank you!
The Microtel/Augusta, GA Riverwatch is a great value. The staff were very professional and courteous. The room was large, clean, and very comfortable. The hotel has easy access with ample parking. The breakfast was average, but very good and adequate. I would definitely stay here again when in the Augusta, GA area.
Staff was nice, environment was friendly, and hotel is in a convenient location around everything. I loved it was a little store inside which made it convenient for me to purchase small items like pills for my headache! Beer selection was nice (should add more wine cooler drink selections & Chardonnay wine).
The property seemed to be fairly new. It was extremely clean & nice. We used the App to access the hotel from a side door and our room. This was my first time using this feature. I absolutely love it! We did not make it to breakfast, however they did have sodas, juices & snacks available at the front desk.
DID NOT LIKE NOTHING!!!!
UNPROFESSIONAL, NO COURTESY, UNCLEAN,
if your staff cannot handle hotel policies you all need to get new management ASAP. This is the first bad experience we have had, yet ot was enough for us to never go back again.
The beds were comfortable, the rooms were clean and decent. The breakfast was the best I've had at a hotel thus far. Like a breakfast buffet, not to mention they have a bar with a bartender open until midnight. The pool was warm.
One of the best hotels we ever stayed at.
Front desk clerk very friendly.
The grounds,pool were lovely.
A added bonus they are dog friendly.
Very safe and our room was llarge ,comfortable.
We will be staying here again.
The location was great, cheap convenient parking. I didn’t stay for breakfast but looked like it would be good. The access from the parking garage to the hotel was easy and nice to have so close without valet.
