Breakfast had plenty of choices, warm, fresh, cooked. Rather quiet considering there is a busy pub on the ground floor. Warm and comfortable. Self-check-in and self-check-out are possible, and there is help from the pub staff if the receptionist is already headed home.

We love the breakfast, as it has a good variety and caters for vegans and vegerarians. We also love the spaciousness of our room. It is well located, we can easily loom around the city by foot, and there are plenty of restaurants within walking distance.

Fly to Stockholm Arlanda Airport, then take a 75-minute train to Norrköping. Alternatively, drive 160km southwest from Stockholm. Domestic travellers can also take direct trains from major Swedish cities. No direct water transport services available.
The most convenient airport for both domestic and international travellers is Stockholm Skavsta Airport, due to its proximity (approximately 70km) and frequent bus connections to Norrköping.

Now-defunct industrial city center was beautifully converted...
Now-defunct industrial city center was beautifully converted to an arts-and-entertainment district, including several museums, shops, galleries, theater/convention center/concert hall, cafes, restaurants. Quite some investment is going on here - the city even affords a symphonic orchestra (unfortunately we didn't manage to catch a performance).
Simply walking around and exploring the many little shops and cafes is a wonderful experience. Big river flowing through the center is cascading over dams, offering unusual sights / photo opportunities. A little park created riverside is also very pleasant. With the Göta canal and the archipelago close by, there are many additional outdoor options.
About 2 hours from Stockholm, Norrköping is at least worth a day trip or an overnight. Highly recommended!

Norrköping was worth only for the Kolmården Animal park.
Norrköping was worth only for the Kolmården Animal park. The city itself has terrible public transportation and has no Uber but if you're lucky you can find a Bolt. The buses were so crowded that we didn't dare go anywhere else.
Leons is a nice traditional burguer place in the town but better go by car.

The city doesn't feel like a city centre but ok.
The city doesn't feel like a city centre but ok. I specially like that Komården is about 30 minutes drive from Nörrköping. It is interesting visiting Kormården. I would recommend that for family with kids and even for adults. Though they did not observe distancing despite that there was sign to that effect.

The city is so cute for walking and admiring the architecture.
I got many lovely photos from the city. Even found a "Light Festival" there, that provided a track/route to walk at to get to know the city and see cool light exhibitions. One of the best city trips i have had!

Very nice quiet town - great for walks and just for enjoying the quietness. We went there in autumn and were lucky enough to have a nice sunny weather - there are a lot of trees in the town so it was wonderful. I recommend especially taking a walk through the park to the Himmelstalund rock carvings area, it was wonderful. Also the town hall is very impressive. The only bit I was quite dissapointed about is the lack of caffees and good restaurants.
Great hotel, recently refurbished or opened and in a very pleasant location next to the river and short walk to the railway station. The combined bar/reception is a great idea and the staff are very happy and helpful which is always a bonus. The hotel lobby area is a good mix of comfortable seating and areas to work or socialise and the breakfast is extensive and very fresh. It was my first time in Norrkoping but a really nice part of Sweden and shall definitely return to this hotel on my next visit.
Spacious room, full offering of toiletries, in room weights (random but nice touch, complimentary bubble water, complimentary coffee/tea bar at checkin/checkout, fantastic breakfast buffet… our family of four (two children aged 3 and 6) were very happy with our stay and will definitely be booking here again if we are in Norrköping!
The hotel was clean, quiet, and charming. Our room was spacious with surprisingly high ceilings. Really nice seating area for us to relax in after our baby went to bed (in a cot provided by the hotel). Nice to have a restaurant right downstairs as well.
The hotel and the location is quite exclusiv and they want to make it feel... the rooms are very nice and comfortable, the breakfast is outrageous and the interior is great. It is a quite nice place to stay.... for good money.
The location of the hotel is good and I like that there is a small gym where you can blow of some steam if necessary. The breakfast and hotel-restaurant is great. I can really recommend the restaurant for visitors.
Spacious outdoor seating, parking space right in front of the hotel, breakfast was good. Not sure about all of the other rooms but there was a cooling fan in ours which helped a lot in a 29°C summer heat.
The room was a good size, the beds were comfortable, and the mini fridge (which seems to generally be disappearing from hotel rooms these days) was greatly appreciated. Wonderful large shower.
This is really old hotel and it is in a really bad shape. Location is in the centre of city, but in the evening it is noisy and not good for a family with kids.
