The location was excellent although it was fog-bound while we’re there, so had no views. The breakfast was actually very good. There is nothing else that I can say that I specifically liked

The breakfast was really good, had a lot of options and the space was nice and comfortable. The room was also good, considering the pictures that are shown.

I am giving 10 because for what it was and the price you can't expect better.
The hotel was very simple, you can't expect much from it, but from the price was perfect. It had everything, even if not big they had it.
For example, room was small but comfortable. Breakfast didn't had much variety but more than enough (at least for me), mine fridge with drinks in case you want. Bathroom small but with everything needed and clean.
The best part was the balcony view we got and the balcony was almost the same size has the room!
Is not a room for you to stay a long time, just for you to come back after a long day and relax lay down.
We didn't need but for 5 euros we could let the car in the parking next to it, you need to ask in the reception before for that and give the license plate number.

The room was quite spacious and had an excellent view. The bathroom was clean, and the shower had warm water all the time. I didn't get to use the spa, so if you are coming here, do bring a swimsuit.

Every thing was pretty good. The only thing to point is the size of the room. The views are wonderful and the breakfast was good too.

Everything is always excellent at Puralã Wool Valley 😊
The food, the staff (all of them, even the chambermaids are cheerful & friendly) .
The pool and gym are excellent, during the day we often have the pool to ourselves 😉
An amazing small city located on a mountain. The city is separated into an older part and a more modern part which is located at the lowest part of the mountain. The city has a plethora of murals and street art and you can download a dedicated application where you can find where all the murals are located and have a self-tour. The old part of town has amazing buildings and you can get lost by walking in the small traditional streets. The restaurants are of high quality and all the food we tasted was simply amazing. I will definitely be coming back :)

Unfortunately when we were there for a 3 night stay the weather was poor on two of the days so I might say the stay was too long. Didn't visit the city at the base of the mountain. The village where the chalets are situated was very quiet with not much going on, we spent most of the spare time in the hotel which was nice.

The Pousada is perfect for a relaxing break.
The Pousada is perfect for a relaxing break. The views are incredible. The service is very good, made to feel welcome. You need to drive back down the mountain for restaurants etc but the Pousada has everything you want. The air is fresh and all you can hear are the birds, superb.

A great city to use as a base to visit nearby mountains and go hiking. Also, if it's the right season for cherries, head to the market and get some. This area is home to the famous Cerejas da Gardunha you see in every supermarket in Portugal :)

O’Serrano de Repleto de Magia was fantastic for dinner!!! Covilha otherwise is a lovely, slightly sleep city in the off season filled with very friendly talkative locals. Free parking at the city square until December 2020 so that was great!

Very friendly people.
Very friendly people.
Usually we used to eat at the mall, but since it was locked down (it reopened monday the 1st June) this time we tried the pizzeria just in front of the mall and it had nice pasta and pizza.
We had lunch too at Manteigas, and it was great.
Yes, it is easy to get around Covilhã.
Beautiful quiet setting - spacious bedrooms
The family owners went out of their way for us - so accommodating. We arrived late due to a car breakdown. Called from the side of the road and asked last minute if they could provide dinner for a very much later arrival than anticipated!
A delicious, 4 course homemade meal with wine was ready when we arrived. Spectacular!
If you’re in this area of Portugal, I’d recommend highly.
Beautiful pool.
Great breakfast included and you can place your order the night before.
This was my second time at Paço 100 Pressa and it still managed to exceed my expectations, because I had reserved an individual room with (I believed) an individual bed and ended up being given a room with a double, very comfortable one. The staff's friendliness was, once again, a big plus. The hotel is very conveniently located, right in Covilhã's historic centre. Very good breakfast, now individually served due to COVID restrictions. A charming building, with tasteful decor.
This hotel was a surprise. We were looking for a chilled weekend to refresh and recharge and that's what we got.
The breakfast was good with many options to choose from. Bedroom was big and the bed very comfortable.
The facilities were clean and modern and we enjoyed the Pool and Spa areas, all included with no extra fee, as well as Gym and Parking too so.. Cool! Staff was friendly and welcoming!
very nicely renovated building. room was spacious and clean. had a nice view out over the town. breakfast was very nice. chose from a broad selection of items the night before and it was at our table in the morning. front desk staff and breakfast staff were very nice and personable. parking was nearby street parking but was not a problem for us. highly recommend
It was a charming Hotel, kind of a throwback to earlier times but our room sparkled. The window was smallish given historic nature of the hotel, but looked out on a church bell tower and plaza. There are two great bars in town, the Nosso Bar (gay and lively pre-Halloween) and the very typical neighborhood place Jo Anna, both a 10 min walk through quiet streets.
This is a beautiful hotel in the heart of Covilha historic centre. The building has been the subject of an expensive and sensitive restoration and the decor and fittings are the best of contemporary design. The staff, especially the receptionists Kate and Joanna, were exceptional. We did not eat in the restaurant but breakfast was excellent.
The hotel is very beautiful and clean. They accept dogs, which is an extra for a boutique hotel. Usually hotels that accept dogs are not that good and clean and this one was perfect. The breakfast exceeded our expectations. Very fresh and with a lot of diversity. Luís from the bar was super kind and made us very good hot chocolates.
The hotel is well located, the rooms are spacious enough to sleep and beds comfortable. Lounges are good to chill and watch TV or play games. I liked the kids room although I feel there could be more toys available. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I loved the breakfast, it had plenty of choice and was delicious.
The apartment has all the conditions and equipment and is spacious. The host even left a couple good surprises.
Covilhã can get very cold during the Winter but the heating in the apartment is fabulous.
Bonus: you can take your dog.
Very clean, comfortable and pleasant room with nice robes and slippers.
The breakfast was varied and well prepared.
Because of our schedule we didn't get to use the spa 😔.
Everything was so lovely! Super warm, cozy and comfortable room and the staff was super helpful and very kind! Recommend this lovely mountain hotel to everyone!
