The place was newly furnished throughout and was very tasteful and not at all to much. The food was superb , dinner was exceptional breakfast was superb. the restaurant manager was a dream nothing was to much trouble. In fact all the staff were great. it was one of the best 4 star hotels i have stayed at. beats some 5 star hotels hands down. We stayed here for three nights. Very friendly staff, cool vintage interior. Very comfortable bathroom, with excellent ventilation. Delicious and varied breakfast. The hotel has a cozy restaurant, the food is delicious and the prices are reasonable. Paid secure parking is available. Public transport is within walking distance (5-7 minutes), a tram goes to the very center of Krakow (15-20 minutes ride).

The hotel is clean and welcoming. Comfortable beds. Esthetically the place looked nice (not "outdated" as the photos might have suggested). I liked to get some work done from my laptop on the sunny terrace as there were chairs and tables available for the hotel guests. The stay exceeded the expectations I and my friend had.

We liked the size of the room and also the possibility to have a seat outside of the hotel, either at the front of the building or at its side entrance. The quiet location is not in the town's center but only 4 stops with the tram from the main station. You need to walk about 5 minutes to get to the next tram station (e.g. lines 3, 5, 50, 52) with a direct connection to the station. A "netto" supermarket is nearby (200m). The breakfast was excellent and offered a very good choice with different items every day.
