Location is right on the high street but there isn't a great deal of noise from outside.
Good quality linens and toiletries. The fact it had a Nespresso machine for that coffee hit was good and the welcome homemade biscuits were delicious.

The location was great only a short drive back to Matakana for the Saturday markets. It was nice and quiet with a lovely view from upstairs looking out to the water. Comfortable apartment. Under the apartment was a pub, restaurant which was very handy and the staff there were so friendly and helpful it was top notch.
