I love the quite and calmness of the city in the centre and is beautiful. The people is very calm and polite. I recommend people visit La Feria de San Marcos during the day because at night is very crowded and visit the Museums and assit to the plays in the Theatre is a wonderful experience and also buy the deshilado clothes, is a beautiful technique and the clothes made that way are extraordinary. In San Marcos Fair you can also try the traditional dishes and beverages of Aguascalientes or the typical candy from there. Calvillo also has traditional dishes thought is not in the city and is less populated. Always check the weather thought specially in winter and summer and travel day if you dont know the places you are visiting or if you go alone just as precaution. Overall the city is calm but the part I love is the centre because you can really know the place and walk and know very interesting people from different walks of life both nationals and foreigners. What I don't like is the gated communities in the North and South because their are mainly for people with cars and to get there walking is very lonely so I dont advise stay there specially if you travel by night, alone or with limited resources.AdrianaMexico - 10Scored 10

In Puerto Vallarta for the winter, here to visit a friend for the second time in 3 years. City is vibrant, clean and offers cultural activities not available in PV such as Live from the Met opera (Handel's Agrippina) and a classical music concert by the very capable 90 musicians of the Aguascalientes State Symphony Orchestra, both the same weekend.

Clean and peaceful city that could nevertheless offer more insights to the tourists. A free walking tour or a food tour would be something to start with. I appreciated the calm of the city streets, felt safe and I was pleasantly surprised to see how clean it is

The area is safe and the hotel has controlled access parking, so very convenient. The trip from the airport takes about 25 or 30 minutes; 40 if there is traffic. The hotel is NOT within walking distance of any tourist attractions.
