The rooms are spacious and the staff was professional and accommodating. The hotel is located in a quiet location. I did have a driver and it was no problem parking and waiting for me if necessary. I was only there for a 2 night stay and did a hammam and two massages which were detoxifying and melted away my stress. Take advantage of the hammam and massages while you are there. I will definitely stay there when I return. Thanks for the hospitality!!

I never have an exceptional service , kind staff like the oberoi. Mamdouh the manager was very kind , helpful and he deserve to be a manager with all helpful and kind communication he did. The place is amazing like a palace and it’s another level of stay . I recommend to stay in the oberoi if you want different level of stay

Gorgeous property! Right in the heart of the Medina. Excellent breakfast every morning. The staff was so attentive and friendly. Ibrahim was so friendly and helpful. At night we were delighted when he played the guitar and sang songs from his desert hometown. I would definitely go back!
