Fantastic little campsite in the middle of the Sri Lankan bush, only accessible by 4WD. Head in here and feel the serenity. The hotel was stunning, the room was large with a/c and beautiful view towards the pool and beyond. All the staff were immaculate, so friendly and courteous to us. They cook our meals to order, so fresh and delicious. They even prepared a packed breakfast for our early morning safari and waited with us till our jeep arrived. Absolutely recommended this beauty. Rooms were outstanding - spacious and felt like a home away from home. Beautiful pool. Staff delightful and went out of their way to help. The hotel organised two safaris for us. Food and drinks also extremely tasty.

What an incredible hotel, our favourite for our entire stay in Sri Lanka. The hotel itself is stunning with views of the wilderness and the sea. The pool area is incredible, it's huge and surrounded by trees where you often get monkeys at certain times of the day (they keep themselves to themselves but great to watch), loved the pool bar and barmen too. The rooms are excellent, very spacious with a comfy bed and a pretty cool bathroom. Both restaurants are great - We loved the Sri Lankan. The hotel also arranged safari's for us which was easy to do and was an amazing experience.

At Yakaduru, the environment is so peaceful and beautiful. We felt like we were in the heart of nature, with birds singing and trees all around. The staff there were amazing, always ready to help and make sure we were comfortable. The food was delicious, with lots of traditional Sri Lankan dishes to try. The accommodations were cozy and clean, giving us a taste of village life. When we went on the Yala safari, we saw so many incredible things - bird nests, crocodiles in the lake, leopards, and even elephants! We also went on bush walks and climbed rocks, which was so much fun. One of the best parts of our stay was the night-time BBQ. We sat outside under the stars, singing songs as a family and enjoying the warmth of the fire. It was a truly unforgettable experience.

The place was amazing, the tents where luxurious and offered anything you might need. Dinner was an experience of its own, outside with view to the night sky. Complementary walks, night walk to explore the nature and of course the safari, all amazing!!! Excellent choice!!!
