The hotel staff goes beyond their way to help you in any way you need. The breakfast was great too, and it was close enough to Petra to go by car. There are shops close if you want to buy something to eat or drink. It also has parking place! The hotel has been renovated, and it's even better than what the Booking photos show (as of April 2024)

This was a basic hotel for a short stay in Wadi Musa to go to Petra. We were greeted with a cup of tea by their staff. There was an issue with our room and they immediately fixed it and gave us an upgrade. They also have lunch boxes and a shuttle service available to Little Petra and the Visitors Centre. If you just want a place to shower and lay your head down, this hotel is definitely an option.

The Manager is 'au fait' with the area and have good local knowledge and advice. Try Sajiat Al Janoob Restaurant for dinner - absolutely fantastic (obviously busy) but worth every JD.

Petra is AMAZING, there's absolutely nothing to complain about.
Wadi Musa itself is a mall place with a few restaurants. Please are amazing and very polite, as in the rest of the country.
The only issue a whole place has is the water - it does not flow well. Hence, the bathrooms need to be used with caution and use very low pressure as the higher one can make it wet for days.
A recommendation for a good restaurant would be Mr. Falafel in The Tourist Street. A huge hug for the owner - Rami!

Petra is a great place to visit as it is one of the wonders of the ancient world. The moment we come out of siq( canyon type rock cut way) and see the Treasury , it has a magical experience. The Petra visit combined with Wadi Rum are excellent combination in souther Jordan- certainly worth visiting.

Stayed two nights but three would have been better. We missed the evening hike due to other arrangements. Overall, great experience. We hired a driver to drop us off for the backdoor hike into Petra. Start early and it is really worth it.

2023 update if you wanna travel on your own from Amman (not with an agency), best thing is to stay 1 night in Petra and 1 night in Wadi Rum, travel with JETT buses:
- take the 7 am JETT bus from Amman to Wadi Rum, arrive by 10.30 am
- walk around Petra the whole day. Bonus points for staying until sunset.
- take the JETT bus the next day at 11.30 am to Wadi Rum. Spend the day and watch the sunset, stargaze
- chill and do activities around the camp. Take the JETT bus to Amman at 5.00 pm
---
If you can, spend 2 nights in Petra. You can take it easier and you can do more hikes and see gorgeous views
We just got back from out stay at the Seven Wonders hotel as part of a trip to Jordan. We went not expecting much from the reviews here but got an amazing deal from booking.com so thought we would try it as the hotels in Bath can be a bit pricey. They must have renovated the rooms since the other reviewers stayed because our room looked great! Just the same as any chain hotel - very clean, large bed and shower, wardrobe and TV. The breakfast was massive! Huge and geat value for money.
Seven Wonders Hotel was great and I would stay again!
This is an absolute hidden gem in Wadi Musa. The manager, Rasheed, is the kindest person we met in Jordan (and there is a lot of competition for that!). There is nothing that he cant do for you, and it really makes your experience and stay all the better. He even allowed us to go to Petra first thing in the morning by providing a lunch box as a replacement for breakfast (not all hotels in the area do this). The room was really spacious and clean, and the location is about 15/20 minute walk to Petra entrance.
The hotel is pretty much brand new. It’s very smart, stylish and very luxury. It’s ideally located for the entrance to Petra (about 500m walk) and has a small supermarket very near by. The room was very high standard and very comfortable. The pool and jacuzzi was very nice after a day of exploring. The breakfast was fantastic. We checked out a few other hotels near by and they were not anywhere near this standard. Highly recommended.
We had a very comfortable stay at Petra Moon hotel.
The location is the key - few hundred meters from the entrance to Petra monuments.
The room was clean and spacious with a beautiful view of the surrounding.
The breakfast was an excellent spread, served early so that we could start our tour early and mostly beat the crowds.
The reception staff was very efficient and helpful - arranged our guide and tours very well.
Hotel clean, Rooms spacious, comfortbale and good eqiupped. Hotel is located about 3 km distance From an entrance to Petra and 10 minutes walking distance to the center of Wadi Musa, where you can enjoy mounth-watering real jordanian cuisine. Breakfasts palatable and with a variety of choice so Everyone should Find sth for himself. Staff congenial and helpful. For a short 2 nights stay IT is definitely worth its price.
Camp itself is very strategically located close to Little Petra. Best access is if you have a rental car/taxi, however the hotel staff do all they can to facilitate transport :) room was huge and setting is one of a kind. Truly a once in a lifetime experience. Breathtaking view at night over the Wadi Musa rocks which light up beautifully. Breakfast was good, dinner was ok. Most recommended A+, don't think twice!
We cherished the apartment's breathtaking views of Wadi Musa, truly living up to its "Magic View" name. The host's responsiveness and willingness to assist, even under the constraints of Ramadan, were commendable. The location was perfect, offering easy access to the town's attractions. Additionally, the apartment was sparkling clean upon arrival, providing a comfortable and inviting environment.
As far as hotels that are within walking distance of Petra, this one is definitely towards the top of the list. A very sophisticated experience overall which feels great after a long day of hiking. It's a new property with accommodating and hospitable staff. The breakfast buffet is also extensive, very impressed with the experience.
The owner pays attention to small things。I have stayed in many hotels, and this is the first time I saw that the hotel provided umbrellas and hiking cane for free。clean room and great breakfast 。many restaurants near by。good value 。hope the owner can manage this hotel in a sustainable manner!
這間飯店非常推薦!沒有什麼可以挑剔的!

We loved the hotel owner Muhammad! He was so welcoming and made us feel like family as well as providing so much information to help us get the most out of our stay, particularly planning route maps around Petra to help us see everything during a limited time.
The hotel staff, especially Moher and Mohammed, were exceptionally helpful with the trip to petra.
They accommodated my late check out also.
The location of the hotel is ideally situated in Wadi Musa with a short 15 min walk to the Petra visitor center
Very new hotel, cleanest and best quality for everything, room, bathroom, towels, beds, sheets and breakfast. Better than half of the 5 star hotels I stayed so far all around the world. I would stay here again and again...
Petra corner hotel is very close to Petra visitor centera and wadi musa center. The room was cozy and clean. They left us a basket with fruits, it was a kind detail. In general, we were happy with our stay in the hotel.
Staff were very friendly and welcoming. They helped booked our onward travel from Petra to Wadi Rum and arranged for us to be picked up from the hotel. Location is close to Petra entrance so ideal location.
