Food was fantastic. Most all the staff were friendly and welcoming including the bartenders Lance and Georgia, security Nelson, Bul, and Buju (my spelling may very well may be incorrect). They have a little cat family that roams the property, mom dad and 2 kittens; I personally loved that. Overall, the outside property was kept very nice. Beautiful beach front and location.

Loved the breakfast! The staff was outstanding — from the people who checked us in to housekeeping — especially Joy! We enjoyed our room and its location — the beach was outstanding— our seats and umbrella were set up every day waiting for us! We loved it so much, we booked a longer trip for next year!

Negril is the more laid back part of Jamaica.
Negril is the more laid back part of Jamaica. It is quiet, especially up in West End and the cliffs. So there you are not right on a beach but up on cliffs you can jump from or coves you can take a
ladder down to swim. There are small markets and many mom-and-pop restaurants you can walk to. And lots of locals homes with their gardens and grazing animals.
The beach area of Negril is flat and sandy. Depending on where you stay, you can be at a small place on the beach and walk to stores, town restaurants and small beach restaurants. Or, you can stay at an all inclusive and never leave the property.
We like Negril better than Ocho Rios ( but seeing Dunns Falls and Bob Marley’s home in Ocho Is a must) We like Negril because of its less touristy feel.
If you’re here without children, you should split your time between beach and cliffs.

I absolutely loved our vacation in Negril! I loved the cliffs and beach, the food, locals, scenery but I would’ve preferred to stay at another hotel. The restaurants were amazing and the sea was breathtaking. Can’t wait to return.

Negril never disappoints, there are so many great cooks, everywhere. You can literally eat anywhere. We rent a car but taxis are a great way to get around to the beautiful beach. Talk to the locals get out of your hotel and explore.

Way past the large all-inclusive resorts, Negril is full of smaller and well maintained properties, guest houses, restaurants. Not so much an international cosmopolitan playground as an honest Jamaican setting.

The hotel is very very secluded and far from EVERYTHING.
The hotel is very very secluded and far from EVERYTHING. I almost thought we were lost trying to find the hotel.
The housekeeper is rude and impolite. The head housekeeper Alison made up for it though. Alison was sweet and kind, and went above and beyond to make up for her co-worker.
The bar/ restaurant servers were excellent. I loved all of the ladies.
Loved the location of this hotel, right on the beach. OK so its not a 4 or 5 star, however, the rooms are clean, the bathrooms are clean and quite modern, and the food is good. We always found something to eat. My partner is also Vegetarian and he found the choice of food enough. The All Inclusive here is just Breakfast, Lunch and Evening Meal, including drinks all day. No snacks etc. But, we found this more than enough and the location is amazing. Free Air Conditioning is an absolute plus too!
I really enjoyed our stay at Travellers. It had everything that we needed and more! Right on the beach you have the option of sun loungers on the beach or under the tree with the calm waters of Negril beach right in front of you. Alternatively, you can lie by the pool and swim up to the pool bar. There is a dive centre on site. The restaurant was great and we ate dinner there most nights.
The rooms had a lovely outlook and great air conditioning. All staff were very professional and helpful.
Fantastic location right on the most perfect sandy beach with the cleanest crystal clear water - and at the nice quiet end of the beach too, but easy to walk up to more restaurants , bars etc.
Nice very spacious apartment with comfy beds , good WiFi and modern TV and all you need.
In lovely lush well maintained gardens. Nice little bar and restaurant on the beach , with the usual food, it’s all about the same in Negril.
Really lovely friendly and helpful staff .
Best place to stay in Negril without a doubt. The entire construction is done with respect for the trees and everything from the pool to the individual dorms or apartments were amazing. Look no further. Stay here. Walk to "Just Natural" for a local and well priced meal.
The staff are super kind and friendly, always greeting you with a smile and happy to offer advice and suggestions. I'm at Judy's currently and can confirm Bak a Yaad is better value.
Fantastic location just few steps from 7 Milles Beach in Negril ( one of the most beautiful in Jamaica). Very nice room with comfortable beds. Restaurant and bar in the same location is additional bonus if you don't want to move anywhere to have some meal or drink. Very friendly staff. Beautiful design of entire place with all facilities. Internal garden, bar, restaurant is fanatstic.
Lovely hotel, great views, amazing food and high quality facilities. The entertainment was great, the dancers were the best and we even watched a Bob Marley documentary and reggae show. The beach is super accessible. There are many restaurants and the buffet had so many delicious options! There were always tables available even at the busiest times.
The beach access and the breakfast was the only good thing about the hotel. Great location but the place need much renovation. The staff was nice and the area is pleasant. Room was okay but the bathroom was horrible, water leaking all night and little hot water. We were only staying for one additional night so it didn’t make any sense to complain.
It is a seaside property with its restaurant directly on the beach, centrally located on the Negril 7-mile beach, very well maintained and with a very gentle and kind staff. Excellent restaurant, terribly delicious food, nice, attentive and welcoming staff. Thank you Jayda and everybody else in the restaurant, the reception and house keeping.
the location is amazing! everything is within a walking distance! the staff is really nice and welcoming!
shot out to Coron at the beach gate who is always smiling and the reception guy who is really efficient!
we loved our stay and highly recommend white sands negril! having the private beach front with the hotel is a blessing :)
Amazing property, absolutely beautiful! All of the staff were welcoming and made us feel at home. The food at Ivan’s was 5 star! Me and a friend stayed at the Leo suite, 2 bed room place and it was huge. Basically like having a condo. Will definitely stay again, if you want a laid back authentic experience in Negril look no further!
The hotel looks beautiful and very green, it has so many nice different plants and flowers, loved it. Also it is so peaceful and relaxed. We stayed in a garden room which had a nice tropical interior and was cleaned every day. The only one thing I did not like in the room is the fridge, it is old, big and does not suit it’s design.
The hotel is right on the beach and you can stroll in the sand for hours, There are restaurants all over. Accross the street on the other side there is a department store, The owner of the Hotel is Dominique, Canadian and very helpful though we know all good restaurants in the area. A place to spend your holidays
The room was comfortable, the hotel was on the beach, there was security at the beach front who doubled as lifeguard, and first aid person. The front desk people arranged tours and looked after every concern quickly. Example, my Wi-Fi was not working on day one, but by day two it was working great.
Some of the staff were courteous and the hotel was quiet and ideal if you're looking for peace and tranquil. I also liked that the property is right on the beach. Dinner and Breakfast were good. There was one staff member who was exceptionally courteous and accommodating. His name is Hainesley.
Everything about this property was fabulous. The rooms are beautifully decorated. The views of the 7 mile beach breathtaking. The owner and the staff provided excellent customer service. Live reggae twice a week. My new favorite hotel in Negril.
The breakfast was excellent as usual but I was not to happy that it is now being served on the beach. And unfortunately they stop giving out The Negril Treehouse little note book. Still a wonderful stay..
A beautiful hotel in a wonderful location. The staff were lovely and helpful at all times. Loved our room, lots of space, very clean and cozy design. Would definitely return in the future!
