This was an unexpected luxury. The rooms were very well updated, very comfortable, and quiet. I was sincerely impressed with how many modern luxuries the owner put into the room. The owner and his son were the most laid back hosts I've ever met. They couldn't do enough to help us be comfortable.

Olginate is small town that is well connected for getting to and from the main towns around the lake, beautiful views around. I cannot thank Marta enough for being so kind & attentive. View was fantastic with a huge terrace where you can go out for a smoke if you wish. Breakfast was good and the owners of the hotel were really helpful and giving advice where to go and what to look out for as attractions. Room was cleaned every day.

A very very beautiful hotel with a million dollar view on the lake. Huge terraces with big stone vases and sunbeds. Very helpful and polite staff. The restaurant has a Michelin star, is one of the best I have ever visited and not expensive. Just 4 km from Lecco, they are building a new road for those who want to walk there on foot.
