The staff are just ON TOP OF IT ALL! Need a sim-card? They'll hook you up. Need advice on a local shawarma with specific requests? They know it all. In need of info before travelling (domestic and international)? They're like the local Wikipedia. I've honestly never felt such trust for any hotel staff anywhere else. Thank you for making my visit MAGICAL!

Really great breakfast included in the price. The manager can arrange airport transfers or find a driver for full day trips to Babylon, Karbala, anywhere you want at a very reasonable price. You will not find another hotel that goes ABOVE and BEYOND to accommodate your needs…. not even the Babylon Rotana in which you have to pay arm and leg stay 1 night! I will recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Baghdad. Thank you everyone especially Abbas for making this trip so memorable!
