Breakfast was good everyday. Staff, especially kitchen staff very helpful when I wasn't always feeling good every day (anxiety related). Ate dinner most days here, and it was always good. Stayed nearly a week around Holi and this was a peaceful retreat from the enthusiastic crowds in Mathura and Vridivan. We used the pool some each day to read, spot some birds and stay cool in the hot afternoons. Great internet and AC. Quiet. Enjoyed it a lot.

Complimentary Breakfast wasn't there as listed. I had to ask multiple times to get the breakfast. There was no room service as such. But staff were really good. Only thing they lacked was negligence towards the guests.

We spent 24 hours here having researched what we wanted to visit in a quick tour. More time is needed if you want to really experience all of the temples and what is on offer. Great town to walk around and safe. We found local vendures for food and drinks while staying which they are plenty

You will find ISKCON Temple, Banke Bihari Temple, Prem...
You will find ISKCON Temple, Banke Bihari Temple, Prem Mandir, Durga Maa Temple, and Nidhivan Temple, all at a distance of every two to three kilometers. You can cover this distance via an e-rickshaw, auto, or your own bike, but avoid using a car as police don't allow cars to proceed. Furthermore, you can spend the entire day visiting these temples, offering your prayers, and seeking blessings. After that, you'll find a variety of eateries where the food is not only delicious but also very reasonably priced. The taste is so exquisite that you'll keep licking your fingers. Following this, there's a lassi shop near the Krishna Janamsthan entry gate. It's not just any lassi; it feels like you're drinking nectar, and it costs 30 rupees. After all these activities, you can return to your room or do some shopping. The next day, you can embark on the Govardhan Parikrama, located 30 kilometers from Vrindavan. To participate, you must first take a dip in the Maansi Ganga for purification. Keep in mind that this 21-kilometer circumambulation can be done on foot, by auto, by bike, or even barefoot. However, while performing it barefoot, you must continue offering prayers and prasad. This parikrama takes about 4-5 hours to complete, and it is believed that completing it grants you Lord Krishna's blessings, fulfilling the purpose of your visit. Afterward, the final stop is Vishram Ghat, where the Yamuna River allows for boating and a refreshing dip. After taking a dip, you can visit the Dwarka Temple and then head back home on your respective routes.

Wonderful place to visit along with Vrindavan specially during autumn and spring. Summers and winters are extreme. Visit Krishna Janmasthan, spend some quality time and then you can avail boating from vishram ghat. Don't forget Dwarkadhish mandir. Check the timings before visiting as in the afternoon most of the temples are closed for visit.

It is too crowded during holidays.
It is too crowded during holidays. No one should plan for visiting here with families who are unable to walk on foot as the parking is very far from all the temples in Vrindavan. No facility is provided by the govt. for the tourist. Very bad experience.
I reached mathura station in mid night and had a doubt that even if I call them they will not pick my call since its home stay at the end not a proper hotel but they picked my call on one ring and even provided an e-rikShaw to reach hotel and the most surprising thing is that the staff was waiting for me in the mid night to welcome me which is very professional and systematic in my perspective
Like I was only their for one day and without any trouble I was able to visit every temple I wanted so it was a huge help and I got late in night so didnt found anything to eat nearby hotel that time and the hotel's kitchen was closed to but still when I asked them something to eat so they made an exception and I had bery delicious meal.
BROTHER YOUR SERVICE IS SO GOOD BUT YOUR BATHROOM AND AND SOME FACALITIES IS NOT GOOD BUT YOUR BEHAVIOUR IS SUPER YAAR .WHEN I VISIT IN MATHURA DEFINITELY STAY IN YOUR HOTEL AND WHEN SOMEONE VISIT IN COUPLE IS NOT GOOD FOR THEM SO GUYS WHEN YOU VISIT WITH FRIEND STAY HERE AND WHEN YOU VISIT WITH GIRL FRIEND PLEASE DON'T
Haunted hotel, NO proper location shared,no property board displayed, no tea food no staff to carry the luggage, linen torn, no intercom, no lift and above all in my opinion this hotel is not registered with govt authority,Nothing to like only wastage of money ,You must exclude this property
First The person from hotel saying that your room already given to some other person and as per my visit at Site he is asking more amount and if you want to stay you need to pay this much amount extra.
Why Booking .com having this type of Hiter owner with them?
Friendly and personal service
The staff were all very friendly and helpful and no request for assistance was a problem for them. The hotel is well situated, being close to shopping, transport, and the tourist sites. We would definitely stay there again.
