Doolin Village Accomodation, hotel in Doolin

Set in Doolin and only 10 km from Cliffs of Moher, Doolin Village Accomodation offers accommodation with sea views, free WiFi and free private parking.

They provide kettle, bottled water, coffee, tea, hot chocolate and biscuits for breakfast. The bed is fantastic, comfortable, toilet is clean. The owner is friendly, even sending me a text message about the location, where to have a breakfast and some info needed. Location is beautiful, perfect to be away from the city and experience the nature for a short stay. If you will be coming from Galway City, it will take about 1hr by car, but you will enjoy the nature on your journey. I suggest to travel on a daylight as some roads are narrow and if it's your first time, you would think it's taking too long to arrive but once you are there, it's worth it.

Doolin Glamping, hotel in Doolin

Set within 9.2 km of Cliffs of Moher and 4 km of Doolin Cave in Doolin, Doolin Glamping features accommodation with seating area.

We booked the Mongolian Yurt as a group of 5 friends for 1 night only. I was perfect. 2 doublebeds and 1 single bed. The tent was very cosy and heated when we arrived. It had plenty of lights and well as enough plugs to charge our electronic devices. Towels as well as earplugs were provided because if its windy the tent can be a bit noisy but with the earplugs i had a great sleep. The bathrooms were just a few steps away from the tent. 2 Shower token each were provided additional could be purchases. It was very clean. There was also a kitchen were tea and coffee was available. We got good tips about what to do in the area from the friendly owners/employees of the glamping. Location is good, next to one pub a few others maybe 10-15 minutes walk. Cliffs of moher a short drive away.

A very charming village. The people were very friendly. Great pubs and live music (McGann's & McDermott's were the ones we visited). There is a spectacular view of the Cliffs of Moher from the parking lot of the ferry dock; our landlord recommended we go at sunset, and it was amazing! It happened to be high tide and the roaring waves made the scene even more astounding. Of course, the Cliffs are just down the road, and they are one of the best sights in Ireland.

Great music, fun and food. Excellent quality food in all pubs and hotels. You can walk between pubs but lack of street lights can make this dangerous at night...maybe there could be a store of hivis vests that could be swapped between pubs for those walking.

Got a true feel for this countryside / seaside community. Loved the pubs. Took the scenic cliff side walk to Cliffs of Moher which was spectacular but super muddy. Amazing and majestic. Bus back to town could have been more on time and available.

Doolin is a cute little town and is a great place to stay for close proximity to the Cliffs of Moher. There isn't much to do in Doolin, so I recommend staying there only to spend the night after visiting the Cliffs that afternoon or before visiting the Cliffs the next morning.

Ballinalacken hotel had amazing views of the Cliffs of Moher and the Atlantic Ocean. There were comfortable chairs in the lounge and lobby for enjoying the view. While dining, we viewed the Cliffs. The outdoors featured an extensive wildflower garden. The meals were excellent and the service was impeccable without being stiff or formal. The room was sparkling clean and comfortable. Before dinner, there was an informative tour of the original, unrestored castle. There was a cozy little bar where we enjoyed after-dinner drinks.

Rooms: The room/bathroom were great and very modern, as the property seemed to be brand new! Breakfast included a few pastries, but water/tea/coffee with a kettle was also provided. Location: Excellent! We were able to walk into Doolin at night to get dinner / go to the pubs. It was about ~10-20 min walk depending on where you go. Close driving distance to Lahinch, Doolin Pier, and Cliffs of Moher as well! Hosts/Check-In: Very friendly and helpful! Check-in was super easy as well.

Lovely place in Doolin, very plush and comfortable with stylish neutral greys. Great shower. The breakfast deserves a special mention, with eggs made to order and interesting homemade items on the buffet. The owners are very nice and available for tips and recommendations, we had a great dinner in town because the owner was able to make a reservation for us. Bonus point, Bertie, the fluffy dog who welcome all guests!

The hotel was beautifully located on a picturesque meadow with spectacular views. The history of the hotel as well as the castle was like stepping back in time. The restaurant delivered the best meal of our entire stay The room was beautiful and comfortable although unseasonably warm. Screens on the windows would be welcome other than that this hotel is a hidden gem of fabulous luxury in a stunning g country!

We were only visiting Doolin for a night for a wedding but the time spent in the hotel was great. Really comfy beds, friendly staff and a great breakfast. On a sunny day you would easily be able to see the Cliffs of Moher. We were also very grateful to be given a lift into the village by the hosts as the weather wasn’t well enough for us to walk - thank you so much for that!

Absolutely amazing location with picture perfect views of the water. Comfortable 3 bedroom that is less than 10 minutes from Doolin and the Cliffs of Moher. Great communication with the owners. Previous feedback I reviewed mentioned size of the bathrooms. Although they were efficiently sized, they did not detract at all from this property in my view.

This was the best of the three Michelin-guide restaurants we tried while in Ireland for a week. Needless to say, the food was exceptional. And it was not skimpy (as in some fine-dining establishments). We were able to stay in one of the rooms upstairs, which was not fancy but perfectly comfortable and a bargain compared to Dublin hotels.

Damian was very welcoming, room and beds were comfortable. Very near to the 2 pubs so easy to grab dinner. Note that the doolin cafe is not open on certain days, there really isn't any other breakfast places (doolin hotel and all only serve their own guests). We ended up grabbing something from a Supervalu on our way out.

It’s in a stunning location overlooking Doolin, Doonagore Castle (3 blocks away), and the ocean. It’s well equipped, pleasant and has a nice parking spot right outside. The washer-dryer works well - just a bit of learning curve. Liz the property manager is wonderful ! Wish we would have booked for a longer time 🍀
