The staff was very friendly. Breakfast was excellent. Location was excellent, we stayed here because we had an early morning flight and we were only 8 minutes to the airport. The waterfront was a 5 minute walk away and there were plenty of good restaurants to choose from for dinner.
Welcome to Kaštela. Feel the amazing spirit of Dalmatia in our XIV-Century-Rooms located in a charming historical limestone building kept in the traditional Dalmatian seafront style.

We were met by Katarina, who was very welcoming and went above and beyond. Seen as my wife was pregnant, and she was the only female guest, Katarina gave us the key for the women's bathroom, so we had more privacy. We were very grateful for this and it was very thoughtful of her.
The place was very clean and tidy and for a place to stay at a reasonable price, it was perfect.

Nice little town, great for a family stay.
We were there in beg-September - not too crowded, the weather was still very warm and the sea was clean and accessible with rather small but clean beaches. It was a little windy for 3 days.
What turned out to be important for us - they have a good emergency room in the middle of the village operating 24/7 (we needed it for my 2yo who fell down and needed a few stitches).

if you want to go from one place to several interesting places in a few days, the accommodation is perfect! From here we went to Split, Trogir, Mostar and the Kravica waterfall. Kastela is a calm but not very interesting small town. Of course, there is also a harbor and restaurants within walking distance of the accommodation, but this was not the point for us.

I forgot to add that the beds are quite comfortable with nice , clean and attractive bedding. Coffee on our terrace was a nice way to start our day and a glass of wine on the terrace was a great ending.
