We had a magnificent accommodation in the resort. The atmosphere was great and the personnel was very friendly, hospitable and willing to help in anything we needed. Very beautiful and comfortable rooms. It is in a more quiet place of the island, a thing that gives you the opportunity to rest more. The experience of the spa was really good!!! The breakfast was delicious!!!! Thank you very much!!!! We will definitely visit this place again

Location, location, location!
Lovely family-run place at one end of the beach and therefore always quiet. The proximity with the shore made me cry of joy every morning, you walk 30 seconds from the door of your room and you are swimming. The service is old-school in all the positive ways: no arrogance, no useless pricey accessories, a lot of help and respect. Mr. Stavros is very sweet and his experience in welcoming people shows in everything he does. There is not much around unless you have a car, the nearby "super"market is VERY small and ridiculously pricey, this area is for beach lovers, the water is fantastic and the beach is clean. Please Maria, Eva, don't ever put the horrible loud music all the hotels nearby impose on this wonderful beach, keep Stavros Villa's little paradise intact!

Perivolos has the best beach I've seen in Santorini.
Perivolos has the best beach I've seen in Santorini. It is sandy and doesn't have any big stones on the entrance to the water. It gets very deep in the water very fast. There are many lovely bars and restaurants, and it is easy to reach either by car or by bus from Fira.
So it works perfectly for a full day of beach and sea experience.

Great relaxing vibe.
Great relaxing vibe. Wonderful food & drinks at reasonable prices. Great beach which is deep as soon as you walk in. Perfect weather & water temperatures in August when we stayed there. A massage on the beach was WONDERFUL. Food & drinks service from your sunbed. The black sand didn't bother me, at least it has sand and not stones & rocks!

Perivolos is a good place if you want to be close to the beach and in a quiet area. But there are not many shops around that you can walk to quickly, so a car is needed to get to bigger supermarkets and bakeries. It's possible to take the bus to Fira but can be very crowded. You can book taxis to get around but they are not cheap, 35-40 euros one way to Fira.

Other than the beach which we did not like and the restaurants right out the back of the hotel, there was nothing you can walk to. We had to take car service wherever we wanted to go. We spent a lot of money on cars.

Amazing hospitality by Maria the manager..Very cosy place.
Amazing hospitality by Maria the manager..Very cosy place. Beach is just around the corner. The beautiful TA Kavourakia tavern where we had our incredible breakfast and a lots of laughs with Efi ,Giannis and Panos.
We loved the Sea View! The beautiful beach was right in front of the hotel, and they have great lounge chairs and umbrellas for the guests. Rooms were very clean and beds comfy. The best part of the Sea View is the staff. Kostas, Adonis, and George were so friendly and went above and beyond to make us feel pampered and relaxed.
Fira and Oia were only a 45 min
drive. Highly recommend hiking the 10km path from Fira to Oia. Views are breathtaking, and if you time it right, you can see the sunset in Oia.
The staff was very nice especially the owners, the hotel is run by a family business which gave a really welcoming feeling. The rooms were also very clean (daily cleaning) with a nice greek style. The location was perfect. It was really close to the beach with nice beach beds and you can order drinks and food at the beach which was really a plus. The hotel had also a nice pool. The beach at this side of Santorini were the most beautiful of the island. Super clear/clean water and also a sand beach.
A hotel that benefits from a superb location, on the beach, the black sand beach, far from the hustle and bustle of Oia or Fira. The very friendly staff helped us with reservations for excursions and any other problem. Around the hotel there are a lot of terraces, located right on the beach. The best was the lack of the hotel, Sunny J, with a very friendly staff, willing to cook, besides the delicious menu, any other dishes. A wonderful holiday! Don't miss the catamaran trip to see the sunset!
Hotel was even better than we expected. Excellent location, five minutes walk to the beach full of the restaurants . The breakfast was tasty, everyone can find something for themselves ,rooms has been clean every day. Whole stuff was lovely and looking after us all the time , especially Bruna from the reception and the bartender Livan (know how to make amazing cocktails) . If we gonna be in Santorini again, definitely gonna be in the same resort.
We had an amazing stay at Terra Nera! It is located on the best beach in Santorini. The breakfast was great and I enjoyed the option to have it on the reserved sunbeds that they held for us all day. The pool is beautiful and the room was spacious, clean and modern. I really don't have a single complaint-- will definitely return to see Katarina and her incredibly hospitable family again!!
Spotlessly clean, peaceful and very close to the beach.
Our room was very clean and you had everything necessary for a relaxing holiday.
This is a family run business and words can’t describe how well the place is looked after.
I will definitely be revisiting this hotel,on my next holiday in Santorini, these apartments are a superb place to stay!well recommended
Removed from the bustle of Santorini tourists. Perfectly located on a lovely beach. Quieter than we expected but lots of choice of restaurants around. The rooms are fairly basic but I prefer this to the all inclusive glitzy option honestly. Felt authentic which is what I wanted. The staff are super friendly and they really made the stay extra special.
The location of the hotel is great, 150m from the beach, 150m from the bus station. The pool was warm and clean, the rooms were clean, the staff was very helpful and polite. They even let us use the rooms some more hours the last day because out flight was in the evening and there was no reservation for that day for our room. I do recommend.
The owner Spiros was very welcoming. The apartment was clean and the beds very comfortable, as well as the sun beds on the beach, free when you stay at the hotel.
His parents, working at the Margarita’s restaurant next door were amazing too and the food was really good there. We really enjoyed our stay there and recommend this place.
Jannis & Sofia were both lovely & very welcoming.
They gave us lots of information about santorini & recommendations.
It was a short walk from the bus stop from where you could travel to see other towns.
The hotel complex was beautiful & exceptionally clean.
The bed was very comfortable & the breakfast was amazing.
Right on the beach, with free sun beds when you stay at the hotel. Good food at the restaurant. The rooms were clean and had a kitchenette. Also it was nice that they had clothes pins outside to dry your clothes and a porch to each room with a dining table. The staff were very nice and friendly!
The staff was amazing! They were so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great and I had lunch there once too. Great welcoming with a glass of santorini wine. Very attentive if you was laying on the beach always making sure if you needed anything at all.
we loved everything about sand gem. they are the greatest family and made us feel home. helped us any moment and gave great recommendations. the hotel is beachfront and the vibe (especially at nights) is perfect. we’d love to come again.
The room was very nice and comfy, the beach is literally
3mins away by car and walking probably 15mins if not
less also there’s a variety of restaurant right behind the
hotel,Breakfast was also very good.
Property was amazingly close to the beach. The pool after beach time was amazing. All you can possibly need. Do recommend renting a car, scooter or ATv to get around to center of Santorini.
It was very good value for money in Santorini, a nice room with a nice pool for the guests. The receptionist is very friendly and gives you all information about the hotel and the area.
