Vintage style was highliy appreciated. It made us to think we were in novel, in the history. Location was perfect. Staff reminded my visit that i had done 9 years ago :), so staff was perfect. I definitely advice everyone to stay at this hotel, especially for the people who loves nostalgia and vintage style.

Kavala is a great Aegean port town, not too little, not too big. It offers an amazing value for travelers since it has great bars, cafes and restaurants at a very reasonable price. It has something for everyone, history, culture, shopping, cuisine. There are some luxury places and some cheap (yet very good) places. In the summer also offers easily accessible beaches.

A great city!
A great city! The old town is beautiful and the views of the city are amazing! The center is easily walkable and the shops combine both big chains as well as small local shops, so everyone can find what they are looking for. There are a myriad of options for coffee or food. We had the best fish in Kavala!
Lastly, the beaches were by far the best in Northern Greece, with fine sand and crystal clear waters! All in all, it is definitely worth a visit!

Though we didn't stay long we really enjoyed our time there. We enjoyed the stroll from the Port to Vrahakia and visited the Acropolis with a great view of the city - worth the hike to get up there!

Great historic sites, beaches and Greek restaurants with authentic food and local wine options. The city is busy and parking can be an issue but if you are happy to walk and sightsee and immerse yourself in the culture, it is a fantastic spot!

A beautiful city with picturesque town planning.
A beautiful city with picturesque town planning. An interesting piece of history. Variety of shops, delicious food, fresh seafood. Fresh fruits and vegetables. Every Saturday there is a large market in the city with agricultural products of producers from the region.
Parking problems. Not enough parking spaces. There are only three paid parking lots in the central part. One of them is by the port, which is quite far from the city center.
The hotel was very nice, with a beautiful port and sea view, big room with new furniture, and a swimming pool on the top floor. The breakfast was very generous and tasty, and the staff was very helpful. The location was super central, close to the main street and to the old town. Definitely recommend!
ps: If you stay in Kavala, highly recommend Ammofoloi beach - less than 30 minutes away by car - crystal clear water, soft sand and great beach bars :)
We really loved this place! The hosts were fantastic -They really made us feel welcome with treats and a friendly attitude. The place was so lovely, clean, and spacious. Really perfect for family and friends group as ours. It has all the necessary facilities to feel comfortable. The best thing is that it is really close to the center of Kavala but it is quiet and peaceful at the same time.
The house is practicly new the garden is superbe with a direct veux on the sea , little peace of heaven 😀 😊. The staff is super descrite and friendly, feeling like home. The apartment has all the necessities. I have been going to Greece often, and for the price this is absolutely the best please I have been. Absolutely recommend for family looking for a quiet place.
Superb location and the style of the hotel is unique. Both oriental and ancient mountain lodge. It is overlooking the port of Kavala.
Very good food. One menu but very refined
The staff is adorable and willing to assist in any circumstances
The spa is also unique. A real oriental ham mam with treatment in relation. Ladies adore it.
Location is so good and Its the center of town. Parking lot is 200m away, you have to pay for it but it’s discounted for the hotel guests. There are very nice taverns and restaurants nearby. The room we stayed had a small balcony that feels like you’re sitting in a coffeehouse. Room itself was nice, it was adequate for a small trip.
Location was the center of the Kavala!(Kavala Marina) You are staying in a yacht with a exceptionally helpful host (Max). Rooms were clean but of course a little bit narrower than a hotel room but this is something normal because you stay in Yacht. Breakfast was really good and I like the main living room in the yacht best.
The location of the hotel is simply amazing. You are able to see the whole Kavala port and the old city. The breakfast gets server on the 7th floor of the hotel with a magnificent 360-degree view of the city. We also had a free room upgrade, which made the whole experience way better than we initially planned.
The owner was very nice sociable and kind, he rezolved any problem quickly. The view was so beautiful, expecially at night. The bathroom was big, the kitchen was beautiful and equipide with all You need, i stayed at 3 different location in Greece and here was the best internet connection.
One of Kavala’s best hotels, excellent staff, very polite & helpful, spotless room, the swimming pool area is very large & the staff there were super nice.
Breakfast was really phenomenal, with a buffet that practically has everything, fresh & tasty, coffee keeps flowing.
The view from any room only comes second to your host Elizabeth. If you notice a theme in all of this properties reviews, it’s not by mistake. Her friendliness, helpfulness, and attention to detail far exceed almost any 5 star hotel with 10x the rate.
We stayed in a family room, it was very large, nicely furnished, clean and comfortable. The staff was helpful and friendly. The hotel has a parking place which is a huge advantage. The breakfast baskets were delicious and more than enough.
Everything was realy good! The location is great, probably 10min walking distance to the marine aria with the restaurants and bars. The bed was realy comfortable.I will book this appartment if I search again where to sleep in Kavala.
Clean room, very comfortable bed, perfect location - right in the heart of beautiful Kavala. Up to 5 minutes walk, there is a parking where you can leave your car for 8 euro / 24 hours (as a guest of the hotel).
The host was exceptional! Just like having family in Greece! I cannot overemphasize the hospitality given.
The property was immaculately kept and with full appliances and air conditioning.
Everything was exceptional! The breakfast, the view, the staff, roof top, the comfort and hotel products. Top notch in every way. I travel to Kavala yearly and this will be my hotel of choice.
the view of the room we stayed was great. The hotel is in downtown Kavala so you dont need to use your car at night to go to restaurants/bars. The lady in reception was very helpful and nice.
The staff was super friendly and helpful. They really make sure your stay is worthy. The facilities were outstanding. This might be one of the best hotels in Kavala.
