Perfect apartment! The room and the balcony both were really big and enough for the 3 of us (couple with a baby). Everything that we needed was in the room. The best part: the room was cleaned to perfection everyday, with clean sheets and towles. I would defently recommened!

We were collected at Skiathos Port by a member of the Avaton staff by a private transfer who was very kind and helpful - taking our bags and driving us to Avaton Hotel, Suites and Villas. Upon arriving at the hotel the reception staff were very welcoming and took the care in explaining all that we needed to know.
We were then showed to our room which was absolutely exceptional - a hot tub on the balcony and a bottle of wine on the house! The rooms are very spacious, immaculately cleaned and the beds are HUGE and very comfy.
Dinner at the Black Pepper was outstanding with special thanks to Tre and his team. He is an incredible asset to Philian Hotels and Resorts and we were so pleased to see him after visiting last year.

A lovely little resort, just right for a relaxing stay. Easy access to buses or ferry to Skiathos town. We loved Mojos on the beach for relaxing drinks and next door was Maniatas garden restaurant for food

Depending where you stay it can be a hard walk either to or from the beach up a steep hill. Beautiful beach well worth the walk . Good supermarket and bakery. A few lovely taverna/ restaurants. The hosts were extremely helpful. Air con was not working so we were upgraded. Would love to stay again. Everything superb! One restaurant on the beach had closed but hopefully reopen when we return. Skiathos island is beautiful.
Skiathos island is beautiful. We were there for 4 days, need 7 minimum to enjoy the beaches. Koukounaries beach was ideal for our family of 7. 5 kids between the ages of 4-15 enjoyed the beach. The water is no higher than your hips, after a distance, it goes in deep. There are also water sports on the beach, ideal for those who want adventure too. Would definitely love to return to Skiathos.

But what is the best here is the restautant/bar. Tasty and wide selection of fresh food, good atmosphere and perfect view. And what is more than perfect is the service here - kind host and lovable boys at bar/restaurant. Bus stop n. 9 is right down the hill. What we appreciate is that we have 2 toilets in the appartement. AC works good.AndreaCzech Republic

Our room was very clean and the bed comfortable with fresh sheets every 3rd day. Well equipped kitchen and good Fridge. Plenty of hot water. Free parking . Just a 5 minute stroll to the cosy Achladies beach and 2 mins to a supermarket. Bus stop no.10 very close by too. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks for a lovely stay Theo.

Maniatis was just perfect- thank you, we will come back.

The beach is very close, you can walk down a quite steep route and you’re there. There are two markets nearby where you can buy goods and breakfast. The bus stop number 9 is around 1 minute from the hotel. Overall really good stay!! The view from the balcony was absolutely amazing :)
