We stayed in Lascelles and this room didn't disappoint! The jacuzzi in the front bay window with the incredible view of the gardens is just perfect. The 4 poster bed is huge and i recommend you keep the curtains open so you wake up to the sun rise over the hills

The property was beautifully decorated and the rooms were as the pictures. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. I was shown to my room which was very nice as this rarely happens, offered fresh milk for the room in a chilled flask. Felt like everyone was there to make the experience pleasant and enjoyable.

The hotel as described was not upto what was expected.
The hotel as described was not upto what was expected. The hotel needs a refresh and refurb and a good clean and repairs such as toilet seats, ours was broken. Shower not working, cleanliness of shower poor. The hotel was not acceptable. Breakfast poor continental only but very little fruit. Staff not unfriendly but not chatty or asking if we were okay at reception and in the dining room. Just altogether poor.

Good location but they couldn’t find my booking on arrival at 10.30pm after a long drive. Odd numbered rooms on the second floor overlook the delivery yard for the service station shops. Great if you like being woken up from 5am onwards!!

Stayed in Wetherby as cheaper option to Harrogate which we were visiting. Staff were friendly, however, Club room was opposite room cleaners storage and they were noisy in the morning. Did not use restaurant as only carvery offered in evening. Did not have breakfast.

Lovely market town with lots of small shops.
Lovely market town with lots of small shops. Good eating places with plenty of choice whether you want a pub or simple coffee shop. They even are the first hotel (of many good quality hotels we’ve stayed in) to actually put Gluten Free biscuits in the room with the normal biscuits, maybe a minor point for some but Major for me..very impressed, as having always told hotels about this aspect no one has ever done this for me before..it boded very well! Being at a motorway service station there were plenty of dining options and Wetherby is only a short distance from the hotel. Room was a good size and well soundproofed. Then one of the bathrooms was dirty don't think if had been cleaned. The bar had only 2 beers on blamed change I brewery and having had 4 wedding over the weekend 🤔. Dinner was ok however carvery not very hot and you could have put a window out with the Yorkshire pudding Very disappointed will ot be back
