Beautiful, airy rooms, fab attention to detail. All our needs were met. We had the most relaxing time with stunning scenery to wake up too. Staff went out of their way to make sure we had a memorable stay. Even putting up some birthday banners for my aunties birthday. Nice touch xx Big shout out to the chef too, fantastic food!!

We loved the ‘quirky’ ambience! Very friendly staff, excellent food and a quiet location just a short walk to the main area of town.
Just a B boasts a unique room with private entrance, located in the centre of historic Winchester. The room feature flat-screen TVs, Tea and coffee facilities and a good shower.

It was a really lovely stay they could do with bigger cups or change the size the coffee produces in the machine as it overflowed over the top of the cups. The pool was a little small but nice and modern. Great area to stay between Sailsbury and Winchester. Would be helpful to have a little map of the hotel to give out to people as lots of directions are given to finding your room that you might forget them

Staff were majorly attentive and a real credit to this gem of a find. Scene restaurant beautiful Cooked food absolutely faultless.
Please see other review where cleaning problems are mentioned.
Very dusty, dirty, no toilet brush, definitely not within 4 star standard
Every other aspect perfect. It’s a Shame this let them down as it reflects badly on the property.

Check in was very welcoming and very helpful.
Check in was very welcoming and very helpful.
Room allocated: The room was very close to the Spa which was ideal for me to use the facilities.
Unfortunately, the room was very tired with the towel rail hanging off the wall in the bathroom. The shower was clean but in areas covered in limescale which meant that around the bottom of the shower cubical and the plug hole had a pink tinge to it which was not that appealing.
The room was quite large with a huge comfy bed together with a fridge, lockable safe with tea and coffee facilities with a large wardrobe with a fan, ironing board, iron and hair dryer.
Dining experience - unfortunately you were not able to order room service which should have been made available to all guests.
Spa - the shower lockers - 4 of them did not work. The pool area is quite large together with a steam room and sauna. Unfortunately there were so many people in the spa that I was unable to all of the facilities.
For the money that I paid for a 2 night stay I did not get value for money as the room was not up to a standard and I was left feeling very disappointed.

Staff were very accommodating and pleasant.
Staff were very accommodating and pleasant. Nice touch was onsite shop for such things as snacks etc. Very welcome after a long day. Breakfast can be purchased at the service station about 30 metres away so all good.
Wonderful clean place . Welcoming and very friendly staff. Excellent breakfast by the fire. Very spacious room with lovely a comfortable bed.
Bathroom bit cold but apart from that stunning . Really clean, Everything like in 5 star hotel !! Will definitely come back ! Xx Thank you
We stayed in the Tulip room in the Manor House. It was fabulous! The separate living room was a bonus. The dinner and breakfast was fantastic. The staff for dinner and breakfast were all brilliant! The whole hotel had a very calm feeling. Our own dedicated parking space for the Manor House.
I didn’t know there were two hotels as booked through Booking.com and I was in the wrong hotel but the lovely lady on reception changed the booking. She was really friendly and brought me an extra duvet. She couldn’t do enough for me so please thank her
Clean room, good firm beds and super friendly staff. Being close to services meant you just had to take the exit to reach the hotel and easy way out too. Nothing to complain about this place. I stayed for 1 night with family and it was ideal for that!
Perfect stay for few days relax, fantastic hotel fantastic location fantastic service, , Wincester Christmas Market wonderful,, room was enough big and warm, Very friendly staff..Everywhere clean, good choise breakfast
The staff was absolutely wonderful. We were house hunting in the area and ended up needing to stay for a few weeks which is not common for this particular hotel and they did their best to help make us more comfortable.
Great hotel offering comfortable rooms and a great bed. Bathroom tiles and seals need cleaning. It’s fine to have tired fittings but cleanliness is important and Mould should be removed.
The hotel staff were amazing! Overworked all the time but kept smiling. Had to cope with hotel guests and invaders from the wedding venue’ which was supposed to be separate.
The hotel itself was an amazing place, especially the manor house.
If you actually opted to have the whole place for a party if guests would be truly an incredible stay.
The hotel offers all one needs for 2 nights and the member of staff when we checked in after a longer than planned journey was very helpful and friendly.
