Excellent accommodation. The owner/host was so helpful and nothing was too much trouble. We will definitely stay again.
Very close to family and where we needed to be. Off street parking was a bonus.
We highly recommend.

The host is super flexible and will go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. I lost a connection flight, arrived there late and he let me check out one hour later so I could rest up a bit longer. He also offers tooth brush, tooth pasteand towels which came in handy as most of my stuff were in my luggage at the airport.

Nothing we travelled from Barnsley to London as we have a trip to America booked so we thought we would stay overnight, we got the key code given to us and unfortunately because of road works and motorway closures we arrived late. However due to having the key code to the apartment we didn't think this would be an issue. When we got there we could not get into the apartment, there was no one to call and we we stranded at midnight with two children, with no where to stay and £145.00 lost.

The property is close to the airport, but there is nothing close to the airport (almost liked a deserted place). The room is damp and smells. I asked the owner later to provide shuttle service to the airport, but he never got back to me. Also, when we left at 5am, we closed the front door, but the owner claimed that the front door was unlocked and they had to send someone to secure the door without any proof. Now, they dare to request 100 pounds of damage, which is insane. There is no damage. I cannot pay without any proof. For travellers through terminal 4 Heathrow, that property is not the best. They removed £26 from my card instantly, in the nane of security deposit, as they sent checked In instruction. What is in the property worth debiting such amount? Now, 5 days after checked out they've not refunded my money! Booking.com did not alert me that the property would deduct such money before check In, I would have not booked it. It was an unpleasant experience in recent time❗️danbabaNigeria - 2.0Scored 2.0

Absolutely appalling - room was filthy, no coffee/tea amenities, no towels, no hot water, shower didn't work, mattress and bed the worst I have ever seen or slept on - an old divan with the wood poking through, old mouldy quilt, pillows and blankets under the mattress to attempt to make more comfortable I guess - this didn't work - I still woke the following morning with chronic back ache and the worst night's sleep ever!!! Was advertised as a restaurant with full facilities - no restaurant and the bar closed at 2030 despite locals requesting further drinking time. This venue needs to be removed from Booking.com - false and untrue advertising and will give booking.com a bad name. Very nice host.
Very nice host. Clean, quiet and cozy room on the first floor, facing the garden. Close to Heathrow airport. Paid transportation offered by the host from and to the airport. The place was perfect for one night stay before our cruise. Great communication with the host before and after our stay. Ate in the neighborhood at one of the recommended places. Quiet area with very nice people.

Showers were very poor and uncleaned. Room 1 should be removed until it has been refurbished especially the bed and toilet area. Room 2 was okay and the bed was comfortable and had clean bed linen but the public shower was a disgrace and should be cleaned daily. This area needs to be cleaned and repaired. The shower appeared to have no cold water so beware. A quiet place generally and good car parking on site. shops etc close by. Please stay away from it It said free airport shuttle service, I had to pay 34 pounds up front to book a taxi. The charged me 50 pounds to clean the room after they said we smoked their , which we didn't, the sent a photo of a coffee table with smoking stuff on it, it wasn't our room. The bed was a cheap one, every time we move the noise woke us, so please if u want somewhere to sleep stay away from this place.bernadethUnited Kingdom

Breakfast was delicious (last chance for proper bacon before returning to US!). Room was well appointed - everything I needed. En-suite had more features than many top end hotels. The bed was incredibly comfortable with clean crisp linen - I was sorry I didn't get to sleep longer. There were plenty of local food options. I was really anxious that if I stayed in an airport hotel that the airport transport system would not get me to the terminal on time for my early departure. The Lodge was an answer to prayer. The accommodation was excellent and Paul drove me to the terminal himself. The personal touch was just the peace of mind I needed.
