We were not advised breakfast was not included so was additional £29. It too was basic buffet that ran out and was luke warm. Not impressed! Overall very disappointed for the price paid.

No listed help in the bedroom as there usually is in a Hotel room. The window in the bedroom would not stay open it was a sash window that slid back down as-soon as you opened it. Lighting by the dressing table was not adequate. I was very disappointed as in no way is Orsett Hall a 4 star hotel. It is in need of a major refurbishment, the decor is old fashioned and tatty. The grounds are lovely but not kept very clean. We stayed there for a wedding in a nearby venue and had chosen Orsett Hall because it appeared to be lovely and we were celebrating our wedding anniversary. I am afraid I am not able to recommend it. The food was ok and some of the staff were lovely but were obviously very inexperienced and had had little training.AmandaUnited Kingdom

For the price, we should have stayed elsewhere as this was not a premium experience.
