Arriving on a saturday meant that there are no breakfast arrangements at the hotel. New Brighton seems to be shut early week and bank holidays so breakfasts had to be hunted down. Would be handy if the hotel could provide some info about local breakfasts and days of the week.

The flat was immaculate. Ken had thought of everything in the flat area very well organised. Instructions etc for everything as well. It’s just a short stroll into town centre. Communication from the owner Ken was fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble. Ken goes the extra mile to look after his guests. He even left us a lovely bottle of wine and chocolates to compliment our stay. Best customer care I ever come across via a booking on booking.com. Thanks very much Ken. Much appreciated. Perfect location with parking just behind the hotel. The room was at the front of the hotel which was big with a separate bathroom, great view! Cheapest hotel in Liverpool!

This is our second time at this hotel, and we were made very welcome again. The room was lovely and clean. Very comfortable throughout. It has a massive bath and walk-in shower. It also has a fantastic view of the ships that dock there. Will definitely be going again.
