The staff was absolutely amazing! So friendly and accommodating to us. Even assisted in getting me milk for my little one. All front desk staff were superb!
Room was spacious and beds were comfy.
Hotel was very clean in general and every one was lovely!
Restaurant food was good!! we had the lentil and vegetable curry-absolutely superb! Restaurant manager was so lovely as well!
My son had an amazing time - he didn't want to leave!
will be back again for sure! Thank you so much for your hospitality!
The restaurant was very disappointing. The the dinner menu was poor. The food was not of good quality expected from Best Western Hotels. When we complained the manager he argued and was very abrupt at best if not rude. This comment is only directed at the manager the other staff were very good and helpful.
the room and hotel had clearly recently been decorated so my room was clean and fresh and decorated to taste with neutral calming colours.
restaurant was good but restaurant bar wasn't that welcoming to just have a drink unless dining. The other bar wasn't open.
Staff are amazing and must be some of the friendliest I've ever experienced in a Hotel. Gym facilities where very good and again the staff were brilliant. Great location if during your stay you are looking at visiting Bristol, Bath & areas of Somerset.
Really clean, comfy family room which was a bonus after an unsuccessful
air b n b down the road in Glastonbury. Great, reasonably priced, attractive hotel.
